MemberHey Gaël,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you see what’s up with the search bar.
Can you please follow-up with an example of this in your site so I can take a look?
Also, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHey @MAD for Swing,
Thanks for reaching out to report this issue. Sorry to hear about it, seems to be a bug – I could reproduce it locally with default theme and no other plugins active.
I’ve attached this ticket to the bug report, so you’ll be notified when a solution for this is available. I’m not sure a fix for this can be included in the upcoming maintenance release as it’s already defined and under development.
Do you re-call if this was working before the plugin update 4.1?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberThanks for understanding Shane, I see this has already been fixed and added to the next maintenance release which will be most probably out next week.
Here’s the pull-request with the fix: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/pull/623/files – you can patch the changed files at your own risk!

MemberHola Josh,
Espero tu respuesta,
Saludos,

MemberHey Robert,
Thanks for following-up!
However, the calendar widget on our homepage still shows everything one hour earlier.
Just the widgets are showing the time incorrectly? The calendar itself works as expected?

MemberThanks for the feedback Arvid! We know it’s a popular request and we do think it’s a good idea as well… Hope we can see this feature in the near future!

MemberHi there Neesha,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! Interesting question indeed, let’s jump into it…
I see two approaches to solve this issue, one is to enable the default post categories for events, and just use the default post category to get both. But this will surely have some side effects. The other option is to build a more complex taxonomy query that doesn’t exclude post or events like the one you sent. You can find more information about taxonomy queries here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Taxonomy_Parameters – be sure to check out the multiple taxonomy handling example!
Please let me know if any of the two might work for you and if you need help setting those up,

MemberHi Jenna,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products! Interesting question here…
When a user purchase a tickets a unique security code is made for that ticket, but there’s no unique identifier for users (sample attendees report https://cloudup.com/c4vY6MC3chP). If you force them to register to checkout (that’s configurable in WooCommerce) then they’ll be registered as WordPress users and then they will have a unique user ID. Seems there are various plugins to export user data to csv (https://wordpress.org/plugins/users-to-csv/) if you decide to make them register on the site…
Please let me know if this answers your question and of course if you still have any doubts about the plugin,

NicoNico
MemberHi Tamara,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this update issue! I’ll help you getting it right…
First of all let me start saying as the message states, you need to be running the same major version (meaning 4.1.x should not be used with 4.0.x of other products). Now regarding the update fail, sometimes you need to ‘force’ them by going into WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates, if you are running an outdated version the update show should there.
If it’s not showing or you are not sure if the update was successful you can do a manual update of the plugins.
Regarding your ical issue, Can you please open up a new thread for this? I see you only have another thread (which I’m also helping you with), opening a new thread for the issue will aloow us to help you better and faster.
Please let me know about it,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Mark,
Thanks for reaching out and also for making such a clear explanation of what you are expecting! No need for apologies at all…
You can use RSS to get the events in the app, by appending /feed/ to the calendar views – i.e.: http://sitename/events/feed/. Other option is to get and ical feed (a feed format specific for events) by adding ?ical=true to the URL – i.e.: http://sitename/events/?ical=true.
Please let me know if this helps you out,
Best,
NicoNico
