2016 Events – Year attribute ignored

    Hi there,

    I’m seeing an issue where any event dated in 2016 is having their year attribute ignored:

    2016 Event:
    http://stanford.org.au/events/combined-schools-event-stanford-harvard/

    2015 Event:
    http://stanford.org.au/events/combined-schools-event-harvard-and-stanford-drinks-and-disruption/

    This is happening in the backend as well – so not just simply being hidden with CSS.

    This also effects ordering when browsing previous events – so it’s confusing users.

    These events have been imported using the EventBrite plugin (just so you know).

    Hey Mark,

    Thanks a lot for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you out on it…

    There’s a special date format used for current year events that doesn’t include the year. You can customize this Date without year format, by going to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Date Format Settings.

    Please let me know if changing that settings get’s things right for you,
