MemberGlad to be of help on this 🙂
I guess changing how this displays by default won’t be a happy news for all folks. Anyway the tribe_get_distance_with_unit does a good job here!
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi there Ken,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Interesting question here…
Tickets are sent when the order is completed in the Woo back-end. You can set orders to auto-complete if you prefer no to do that manually. Check out this article on it: Mark orders complete automatically in WooCommerce.
Please let me know if this answers your question,

MemberHi Lise,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue. Let’s try to find out what’s happening…
Do you notice this happening after 4.1 plugin update? Also, is this happening with all events or just a couple of them? Have you tried to re-import the events?
Also, do you have the chance to follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. If you have an staging site to test for this, even better.
I would also like to take a look at the event configuration in EventBrite, can you send over a screenshot of one the events conf?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out!
The snippet Barry sent you will be part of the plugin soon and the same will happen with the columns for name and email. We are hearing that lot of you are asking for this.
In the mean time there’s no workaround to re-add this other than downgrading the plugins to a past version where this was working. If you are up to do so, check out this guide: Downgrading a plugin to a past version. Sorry not to have a better solution to offer for the issue.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHey Donna,
Glad to help you with this issue as well. I’ll help you getting this right…
First of all, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also, it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Donna,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll try to help you out…
The gigs.ics file seems to be a static file and not the feed to the calendar, right? Can you please try subscribing to this URL http://seedandfeed.org/gigs?ical=1&tribe_display=list instead?
Please give that a try and let me know,

MemberHey Heinz,
Thanks for the heads-up! I’m glad you could sort this out 🙂
What you did is what I recommend, just checking in the updated template how it’s done. Hopefully this won’t bring troubles in the short / mid term, but some new features might need a tweak on the template side of venues.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberGlad to hear James! Nice work debugging this 🙂
are they coded as an extension of the post class out of interest?
Events are custom post types, which in a sense is like an extension of built-in posts. You can read more about it here: Plugin Handbook > Custom Post Types.
Regarding the custom order plugins, I’m mostly sure that there’s at least one that let’s you choose which Post types (events, posts, pages, etc) are affected by the plugin. You cna give that an extra try if you need those.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi Tom,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you re struggling with import issues. I know it’s surely a bummer for you.
We are working on a fix for the DST issue which we are aware it’s affecting many of our plugins users. I see the fix is salted to be out on next maintenance release (4.1.1) scheduled for next week. So hopefully this will be out really soon. This is the most probable scenario, date and features of releases might change along the way.
I have attached this thread to the bug report in our backlog so can get a heads-up when the fix is out. I’m also leaving the thread open with a status of ‘Pending Fix’ so once the fix is out you can confirm if it solves your issue finally.
Sorry for the hassle this might cause until fixed,

MemberHi Bruce,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂
The use case you describe seems to be a bit of an edge case for our plugins. The workaround you mentions seems doable and correct: showing a special ticket type for logged in users (volunteers). That’s not a default option but you can manage to do that with a bit of custom code. You can also give the Volunteers a special coupon they can use to checkout the tickets. The good thing about having them logged in that you can keep track of your volunteers base.
I guess the best way to see if this solutions works is to try it out. While we don’t have a trial period for our plugins, you can go ahead and buy them to test the functionality / integration with your code. If they do not meet your project needs, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please let me know if this answers your question,

MemberHi Karen,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you sorting this out…
I have read up on your Mobile widget, and it is experiencing issues with the IPHONE 4, having a small screen.
I’m not sure about what you mean with Mobile widget. Do you mean how the site adapts to mobile devices? Have you tried Brian snippet?
Do you have a test / dev site were you can test for this? Generally setting default WordPress theme (and deactivating non-calendar plugins) helps to identify conflicts or styles override that might come out of the theme.
Please let me know about how testing goes,

MemberHi there Heinz,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about this issue…
Yeap, it’s probably due to an outdated template override. The list of the updated templates can be found in this article: Things to be aware of in version 4.1 of The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and premium add-ons.
If you point me to the actual page with the venue display issue I can help you finding the template that renders that view.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Arto,
Thanks a lot for reaching out to us on this! I can help you here…
1. I am using the list view on events calendar and when i click on recurring event instances in general settings nothing happens.
Not sure about this, Do you have recurring events that are not shown when they should?
2. Is there a possibility to echo out the whole list of recurring events without any tooltip/toggle? in the list view.
To get rid of the toogle option, just uncheck the option in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display: https://cloudup.com/cl8HcNZnIbe . Now to hide the recurring events tooltip, you’ll need to add the following CSS snippet to your theme (or child theme) stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin:
.tribe-mini-calendar-event .event-is-recurring .tribe-events-tooltip.recurring-info-tooltip {
display:none;
}
Please let me know about it,
Best,
