Columns disappeared from ETP Attendees View

Since the recent upgrade, most of the columns in the Attendees View have disappeared. I have only ‘Order #’ and ‘Ticket #’ and ‘Check-In’, but no longer shows the attendee’s name or email. Export also did not work, so I added some code to my theme’s functions.pho file as instructed in another thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/attendees-list-is-missing-purchaser-name-since-4-1-update/#post-1092511). That allows the exported CSV to have the name and email column, but it did not fix the Attendees view in the Admin panel. We have an event Friday and really want to be able to do live check-in of guests. Without the name, it’s far too time consuming and reducing people to a number makes the whole thing very impersonal. Is there another work-around I can try? Please bring back the name column so entering the name in the search box brings up the right ticket!

Thanks for reaching out!

The snippet Barry sent you will be part of the plugin soon and the same will happen with the columns for name and email. We are hearing that lot of you are asking for this.

In the mean time there’s no workaround to re-add this other than downgrading the plugins to a past version where this was working. If you are up to do so, check out this guide: Downgrading a plugin to a past version. Sorry not to have a better solution to offer for the issue.
