    Yeap, that should be the default title for month view. I guess this might have changed from what was displayed in past versions of the plugin, but I’m not sure when it changed.

    Hey Kevin,

    Thanks for following up! Seems like we are making some progress.

    It might be related, I’m not sure. What you can do is to comment (or remove temporarily) the code from your functions.php file and then star un-commenting (or re-adding) the code in blocks and re-testing each time to identify the code block generating the issue. It’s a good idea to srat with big code blocks and then breaking them down into smaller parts.

    Hey Karl,

    Thanks for getting in touch! In fact there’s no date filter in FilterBar, just for day of the week and time in the day. The date filter is in the ‘events bar’: https://cloudup.com/cEwWS-W2Kxk.

    The recurrence settings should look like this: https://cloudup.com/cvwyA5NsWxp. Take a look at this article PRO recurring events. The recurrence description will be auto-generated, if you input a description in the field it will be used instead of the auto-generated one.

    First of all, I see credentials have been removed but be sure to change the password for that user just in case. Also, please note that we are not able to login into client site back-ends to make changes or check for issues.

    Regarding the issue, I don’t see any screenshots attached to your post so I’m still not sure about it. Can you please elaborate a bit more or followup with the screenshots where I can see this? I guess it’s the Event Category filter in FilterBar what’s not working, right?

    Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear about this issues you are having. I’ll help you getting this right!

    If you are saying the paid tickets are not showing up, I guess maybe Event Tickets Plus or the e-commerce plugin (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp) is deactivated. Can you please check that out?

    If the plugins are active and the event has not passed, please check the tickets start sale and end sale dates. If that’s correct, then please send over the event URL were I can see this.

    Finally, I see you marked that this has been tested with WordPress default theme and no other plugins active. Can you confirm this? Did you notice any difference?

    Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you here…

    If the plugin came bundled with a theme you might need to ask the theme authors for the license (I don’t think they provide a premium license). Regarding your inquire there’s no link to get the next upcoming event (or the latest pas event), you’ll need to create some custom code to get that working. The tribe_get_events function will probably the way to go if you decide to go this way, also be sure to check this article: Using tribe_get_events.

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you here.

    First of all I’m not sure if you are referring to the existing events in your site switching time or if you find this offset when trying to import new events, Can you please confirm this? Also, are you using recurring imports?

    This seems to be purely related to Timezone conversion so I would try to switch how the timezone is set in WordPress. Basically you can set a timezone by selecting the name of the city (America / New York) or by setting the corresponding UTC offset (UTC -5). Can you please try to switch this and re-test?

    Also, which setting are you using for events timezone WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Timezone mode?

    Hi Annarosa,

    Thanks for following up! As we don´t monitor the forums on weekends so just catching up with your messages right now…

    I see you are still struggling with the theme. On that matter as you could see I can only point you in the right direction, but I cannot install the theme and test how it behaves with our plugin.

    I see you could make it work for single event pages but not for month and list view. The issue you are seeing for main views is happening because the theme tries to show the full content as an excerpt (short description) instead as the full content. We have a guide for the Genesis theme that addresses this and explains why it is happening: Genesis theme framework integration. I’m aware you are using a different theme but the options are probably similar. Please give this a try and let me know!

    Regarding recommended themes, you can read this article by Jen: Compatible Themes for The Events Calendar. As you say sometimes it’s a good idea to hire a customizer to set up the theme/plugins for you, checkout a list of recommended freelancers.

    Finally can you open up a new thread for the abbreviations you would like to make. We keep just one issue per thread.

    First of all let me point out that there’s an issue with your page current title (it’s showing some html comments in it). Also, please note that month view will generate the following titles:

    http://entertainment.accessvegas.com/index.php/events/2016-06/ -> Events for June 2016 – – Las Vegas Concerts and Entertainment Calendar Tickets.

    It seems there’s an issue with the title separator but other than that it seems to be pretty much what you are looking for, right?
