    Hi,
    We have face a issues when we publish the event in the event calender the “Register this event with eventbrite.com?” is always showing no and event is not updated in the eventbrite. But when we use event from eventbrite to event calender by using “Event id” it is working fine. Please help us.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue.

    I just tried to ‘export’ a sample event to EventBrite and it worked as expected. I’m running the same plugin versions as you are, so not sure about what might be happening here.

    Did you notice any difference with no other plugins active and default theme? Is the error you shared consistent (I mean do you get it when you create different tests)?

    Do you have a local site or in another serve to make an additional test?

    Hi Roger,

    Sorry but I don’t much to update on this yet ๐Ÿ™

    One of our developers is allocating a lot of time on this but the issue seems to be a bit difficult to nail. We hope to have an update on Monday/Tuesday next week. Sorry for the delay and I hope we can find a solution for this soon.

    Hi folks,

    Thanks for the patience while we worked on the fix for this issue. Identifying the fix and testing it has not been an easy task, but hopefully the fix is ready and awaiting to be out in the next maintenance release. We are aiming to put the release out this week / by the start of next week.

    Once you update please re-test and let us know if this is still an issue.

    Hi there,

    Just wanted to inform that maintenance release 4.1.3 is out. The update includes a fix for this issue.

    Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.
