Sorry, it syncs to Eventbrite, but there is no eventbrite registration or information on the event page on our wordpress site.

I think you are being affected by the same bug as the original poster (in which we are working on), but if you want to continue to troubleshoot this please open up a new thread so someone can guide you through the process.

Hi folks,

Thanks for the patience while we worked on the fix for this issue. Identifying the fix and testing it has not been an easy task, but hopefully the fix is ready and awaiting to be out in the next maintenance release. We are aiming to put the release out this week / by the start of next week.

Once you update please re-test and let us know if this is still an issue.

Just wanted to inform that maintenance release 4.1.3 is out. The update includes a fix for this issue.

Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.
