Ticket Plus only showing 1 ticket type

    Hi There
    I am using ticket plus event plugin.
    It seems that the plugin is unstable. I have been spending a lot of time trying to resolve issues with this plugin. After having just resolved one. I now am confronted with another issue.

    Here is the issue details:
    My events have 3 ticket types – ie free for children, individual ticket and group ticket

    It was displaying fine. I have not added any new plugins since it was working. I have not changed the settings. I am confused as to why it suddenly decides to only show one ticket rather than 3 ticket types.
    Now… the events detail page is only displaying the first ticket type which is the free ticket. The other two tickets are not showing up on the page.

    Please help.

    Hi Ly,

    Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear about this issues you are having. I’ll help you getting this right!

    If you are saying the paid tickets are not showing up, I guess maybe Event Tickets Plus or the e-commerce plugin (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp) is deactivated. Can you please check that out?

    If the plugins are active and the event has not passed, please check the tickets start sale and end sale dates. If that’s correct, then please send over the event URL were I can see this.

    Finally, I see you marked that this has been tested with WordPress default theme and no other plugins active. Can you confirm this? Did you notice any difference?
