MemberEmiliano,
Gracias por los detalles.
Lo que veo es que hay un error en la consola de navegador con respecto al API de Google Maps: _You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors_. Up Your Google Maps API Key.

MemberThanks for the heads-up John!
I was reviewing our backlog to see if there was a known bug that I could relate to this behaviour and indeed I found one. The reported bug seems to only affect Android users. Do you think this is the case?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHey Emily,
Unfortunately we couldn’t squeeze this ticket in the current maintenance release (4.2.2 coming out today) due to time constrains and to the fact that the release was already scoped when your report came in. The fix is now planned for next maintenance release 4.2.3 coming out in two weeks time. In the meantime I reviewed the ticket with one of our devs to see if this was a re-introduced bug (because we had a similar issue some time ago), but it seems to be a new one and some investigation will be required to track it down.
Do you think you can wait till 4.2.3 is out?

MemberThanks for the heads-up Adam!
Sounds like a tricky issue for sure. Please keep an eye on it and let me know if it continues to occur. I’ll make some tests in my local site to try and simulate this as well.
If it pop-ups again it would be nice to know if there are a set of steps to follow that always lead to the error. Also, if you have a staging site (or can do this with the live one) please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Thanks,
NicoNico

Below you’ll find a sample email template override file that addresses your requirements (please note that table styles might need an adjustment):

Gracias,
Saludos,

MemberHi @jaywhack,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’ll help you here…
(1) We have multi date events and it seems the dates for the events aren’t being captured correctly on the ticket.
This is actually how it works, only the event start date is shown in the tickets email. If you want to change this you can create a template override of the email file: wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/email.php (check the details on how to do this in themer’s guide).
2) The URL of our site (shopldc.com) is being tied to the venue address date on the ticket.
This is how links are placed in tickets: https://cloudup.com/csRSE_ASp4w – I’m finding a bit strange that the venue address is not linked actually (an a tag without href), but looking into the template code this is how it’s coded. Can you please check on that once again? Venue address link shouldn’t be actually linked to any URL.

MemberHowdy Steve,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you here…
The Community Events add-on allows users to submit events to your site. Check out the product page for more details on it.
I would like people to be able to submit listings into an individual calendar. These events would also be added into a site wide calendar that collects all the different calendars events.
You can use event categories to separate the calendars into ‘individual calendars’. Do you think this might work for you? Each event category has it’s own link. i.e.: http://sitename/events/category/sports/.
Please let me know if this answers your question,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Adman,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We recently fixed a pretty similar issue (settings saving but not showing as updated). Can you please send over your system information so I can check if you are using the latest version of the plugins?
Are you just noticing this behaviour with the ‘before/after HTML’ fields or with all settings?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
