MemberHi there Fabian,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you on this…
Basically each license must be used for one site in the case of personal licenses or for three sites in the case of a business license. While you can use it in a dev environment for the same site (Using One License for Live and Dev Sites) without making it count as an additional site, you cannot use it in more sites than the license type allows.
Please let me know if you have any other doubts around this,
Best,

MemberHi there @lcma,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
The option you mention is a default WordPress option (not one we add) and it should be in ‘WP-Admin > Settings > General’ (http://p.tri.be/lfyrEE/55V3v8Gj).
Can you please re-check and let me know if it’s there? In case it doesn’t can you try to switch to a default theme (like TweentySeventeen) + temporary disable all plugins and re-check?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Eric,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the refund request π
Can you please give me more details about why you are seeking the refund? I’d like to add that information when I process the order.
Thanks,
NicoPS: edited your original post to keep your email and license key from being publicly visible.

MemberHi there,
Thanks for the report and sorry to hear about this glitch. We could confirm the issue and are already working on a fix (hopefully for next maintenance release). The temporary solution is to downgrade The Events Calendar to version 4.5.10.1 (get it here β https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.5.10.1.zip).
We will give you a heads-up here when the fix is released π

MemberHi there,
Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release is out containing an improvement to help customers customize week view. Specifically when there are more than two events running on the same day. Please note this is not an ‘automatic’ fix, we just added some classes to make things easier to customize. We took this decision as there was no simple way of fitting 3 or more events in the week view grid as it’s designed right now. As this is not a widespread issue among our customer base it didn’t made sense to think in a re-design / re-estructure of how events are displayed in week view.
Basically when events run in the same time a CSS class like tribe-event-shared-start-time-1 and tribe-event-shared-start-time-2 is added.. These Classes identify If this event is the first, second, etc event to start on a given time. This allows to easily hide the events that don’t fit in there (third, fourth, etc) or apply a custom rule to adjust the display.

MemberHey,
Glad to help you out on this issue as well π
Can you please let me know which field(s) wee changed in the Google Calendar Event but not in the WP event? Also, have the event been manually updated in the WP site? If so, the same field(s) that didn’t update?
Also, as mentioned in the other thread I’m helping you with please update the plugins to latest version and do a quick re-check!
Please let me know about it,
Best,
