September 5, 2017 at 1:15 pm in reply to: [BUG] Month calendar view showing September when October is selected. #1345138Nico
MemberThanks for the follow-up and glad to hear you could find a temporary fix…
Re-checking the system information you sent I realized I got the issue wrong (as we have a similar issue since latest release affecting month view for some date picker formats). You are right, this issue is fixed in fact in the latest version of bootstrap datepicker and we already have an internal ticket to update it. This probably won’t happen right away as we need to pair this ticket with similar ones to reduce the QA overhead (testing is really extensive when updating a core vender lib like this one). But I’m aware this has been a pain point for customers in Australia for some months now, so I bumped the priority of the issue and will do my best to try to move this forward. I also added this thread to the report so we can let you know when it’s done.
Thanks once again and sorry for the confusion on my end.
Best,
NicoNico

MemberThanks for following up and sorry for the delay in my reply, I was out sick on Friday.
I just reached out to our main Event Aggregator developer and our support manager to inform this is still an issue for our customers. I’ve opened a new internal ticket so we can continue the work on this issue and related it back to this ticket so we can keep you updated about the progress of the fix. I’ll probably have some follow-up questions, but want to wait for the dev reply to see which information is useful for development to gather.
One quick question about your feedback: Did you delete and re-create the import? Some users reported this step make it work for them.
Unfortunately for now you’ll have to rely on manual imports, I’m really sorry about this.
Thanks for the patience while we work on this.

MemberHi there Romana,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue π
First thing I’d try is to reset the featured events highlight color in WordPress customizer (you can read more about it here). Just go to: WP-Admin > Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar > Global Theme > Featured Events Highlight Color, select the desired color and save changes.
Please let me know if that helps,

MemberHi there Norbert,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here…
Can you please let me know if you want to remove the venue link from all places cross the site? I mean all event views (single, list, etc) or just single event view?
Please let me know about and I’ll provide a solution for you,

MemberHey,
Glad to help you out here as well π
There’s a little extension that can help you on this: Listing venues and organizers.
Please give it a try and let me know if it helps,

MemberHi there Mariska,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Although we cannot provide much help customizing the styles of our customers sites I can surely point you in the right direction π
For the first issue I visited the site but could see this working correctly, so maybe you could fix it? If not please send me the exact URL in which I can see this in action.
To hide the events calendar title you can use the following CSS snippet:
h2.tribe-events-page-title {
display: none;
}
If you are not sure on how to implement it, this article describes a simple way of doing so: How to Easily Add Custom CSS to Your WordPress Site.Please let me know about it,
Best,
