    Howdy Kenneth,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I can help you here ๐Ÿ™‚

In my test store I have sold 4 tickets, 4 slots show up where the attendees info should be, but there is no text there.

Do you mean the front-end tickets form not showing attendee meta fields correctly? If so can you please share a link to a page in which I can see this?

Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Howdy @jsca,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!

What you describe is actually a change made to the events template by Avada. Can you please reach out to them on this? You can verify it’s a modification in the Avada template by switching the theme to a default one like Twenty Sixteen and re-check.

Please let me know if the Avada support is able to help you out on this one,

    Hi there Johan,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Interesting finds, thanks for the constructive feedback!

On the missing ‘Help’ menu item you mention this is a known bug, and the fix for it should be included in upcoming feature release 4.4 which will be out soon.

Regarding the ‘#buy-tickets’ anchor, I’m seeing it on my local test site when I add RSVP and/or WooCommerce tickets to events. Can you please let me know which type of tickets you are creating? If you switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen do you notice any difference? Finally, if possible, please send me a URL where I can see this.

    Thanks,
    Nico

    Hi there Leslie,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins ๐Ÿ™‚

Our ticketing plugins Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus do not offer time-slots options so this means you’ll need to create these options as separate ticket types (i.e.: ‘Museum Tour 9-10am’, ‘Museum Tour 10-11am’, etc). There’s also no option to add the ride option ‘into the ticket’, unless you create another ticket type (i.e.: ‘Museum Tour 9-10am + ride’, ‘Museum Tour 10-11am + ride’, etc). So I’m not sure our plugins will be the best options for this as a lo of manual work will be needed.

Regarding the other requirements you mentioned (stock number per ticket option, calendar showing the events, changing schedule over the year, etc) I’m mostly sure you are covered. I think the best way to know if our products work for your project is to actually test it out. While we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
    Best,

    Hi there Peter,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Glad to help you out once again ๐Ÿ™‚

We are hoping to have multiple price options (Early Bird, Regular, Last Minute)

This can be achieved by creating different tickets. You can use the start / end sales dates to control when tickets are available.

    … a multi-ticket discount โ€“ 10% for 2, 15% for 3, 25% for 4 …

For this you’ll need to use coupons from your e-commerce plugin. We have no options in our plugin to give discounts.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

    Howdy Paul,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.

Let me start by saying that ticket do not support recurring events. Although it might seems to work, there are some caveats that we cannot support as it’s still not a feature of our plugins.

It is really annoying to see eight events when it is really one event. A Parent-child relationship would be good. Any mechanism for that?

If you are referring to the back-end, take a look at this knowledge base article โ†’ Hide recurring event instances in the admin. On the other hand if you are referring to the front-end of the site, you can hide recurring event instances via setting in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Recurring event instances.

Please let me know if this helps,

    Hi there Kary,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here ๐Ÿ™‚

You can use tribe_is_event_query() for all event related pages. You also have specific conditionals for the different views like tribe_is_month(). Make sure to check if the function exists before calling it, if not deactivating our plugins will lead to errors on this part of your code.

Please try this out and let me know if you still need help,

Thanks for following up Michael! Good job spotting the conflict ๐Ÿ™‚

will have to test the various functions and find out which one was causing the bug

Try disabling script minification for our plugin JS files. They are already minified and this sometimes causes troubles.

Iโ€™ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please donโ€™t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

You are right about this not being the best method. But I guess it might not be a good practice to modify all existing events after a setting change like this (at least not for all users). Anyway if you tumble upon a similar case in the future we might be able to do this by code, although I’d need some help from devs on that.

    Hey Bing,

Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins ๐Ÿ™‚

Unfortunately what you suggest is not possible with any feature of our plugins. But this might be possible using coupons from the e-commerce plugin you use in combination with our own ticketing plugin. Basically you can create this coupons and sell them as ‘gift cards’ or ‘event passes’, and then the user will use the coupon code at checkout for the discount to be applied. Does this makes sense to you?

For example if you use WooCommerce as the e-commerce platform in your site, you can use the Gift Cards for WooCommerce plugin to achieve what you are looking for.

Please let me know if this helps,

Thanks once again for your reply and sorry this is taking so long to resolve.

Can you please let me know what’s the current setting for timezone in the site? Also, what’s the current timezone mode setting in The Events Calendar? Finally what’s the time and timezone set for each of the events who mentioned?

There seem to be two offsets, 3 hours later and 2 hours earlier. I think this is because the events have different timezone settings. Hopefully the information requested above will show what’s going on.
