I would like my customer to purchase an event pass or a pack of passes, let’s say he ordered 5. The website will then store this information and allow the customer to book events freely. Once the customer has used the 5 passes, he is then prompted to purchase more passes.

The passes will have offers along the lines £12 each of 4 for £35. Hence the requirement for the customer to buy the passes and use as he chooses.

Can your package do this?

Unfortunately what you suggest is not possible with any feature of our plugins. But this might be possible using coupons from the e-commerce plugin you use in combination with our own ticketing plugin. Basically you can create this coupons and sell them as ‘gift cards’ or ‘event passes’, and then the user will use the coupon code at checkout for the discount to be applied. Does this makes sense to you?

For example if you use WooCommerce as the e-commerce platform in your site, you can use the Gift Cards for WooCommerce plugin to achieve what you are looking for.
