MemberHi Guys, I just want to make sure you both got my PM about getting into either one of your personal setups? If we can get an admin username and password then we’ll be able to work with the error directly and see what going on.

MemberHi Teamcarney,
Are you all set here? Thanks to smallmammothdesign for giving you a point in the right direction. I’ll close this out but feel free to open a new thread if you have any other issues?

MemberHi Fadicce,
I believe you may be able to generate more of an embed code from the eventbrite side, but I still don’t think it will give you a full page like on the eventbrite page. The idea of our plugin is to just give the user enough info to be able to take advantage of the eventbrite system without having the user leave your site.
Maybe I’m not understanding the question correctly if so maybe give us a scenario with some specifics on what you want the page to have on it and we’ll see if we can dig a little deeper for you.

MemberHi berkshirerealtorsnet,
Just wanted to give you an update on this. I have asked a developer to take a look at this with me as I too was able to recreate the issue and can’t see a work around on the backend. If you can bare with us we’ll be able to get this resolved as soon as possible for you.
Sorry that there’s not a quick answer, but we’ll get back to you with something asap.

MemberHi smallmammothdesign,
I’m very sorry that this ticket slipped through the net here. I’m here to help now and apologies for not getting to you before this.
I’m going to grab a developer to take a look at this one as I think, if it is possible, it will require a work around in the code. Bear with my while I submit it to them and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks

MemberHi Siamack
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin. If you would like us to help you work through the issue by all means let us know and we’d be happy to help. I just took a look at the site (which looks great by the way) and I can’t see the issue on my end, so maybe you’ve already figured this out.
However if you have decided to uninstall then you can follow the steps here at this wordpress article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Uninstalling_Plugins they describe it better then I could.
Please let us know if you would like to continue to use the plugin and we’ll do what we can to help!
Thanks

MemberHi fknippenberg
Just wanted to get back to you about this. I’ve spoke with a developer and we think there is a way to figure this out. However it’ll be a workaround with some code that will go in your functions file. I’m going to work with Barry, who’s a little more dev savvy then me and get back to you with an idea for this.
Thanks for the question, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

MemberHi Cynthia,
Interesting! I know we alway dance this same dance, but I just have to check before I dig any deeper. Have you checked if there are any plugins that may be causing a conflict on that particular page? I know its a hassle turning them on and off again, but it does help us isolate the issue a little better. I’ll try my best to replicate this on my end in the mean time. I also may still have a copy of your zip file from a previous thread so I’ll see if I can load that up again in the mean time, let me know if there have been any changes to that?

Thanks for your question. I’m going to check on this for you with a developer and see if there is a work around for this. Bare with me and I’ll be back with a suggestion.
Thanks

MemberHi fknippenberg,
Good question. Let me check with one our developers and see if there is a workaround for that. As I mentioned in our last thread most of this is in an iFrame from eventbrite which we don’t have much control over, but I’d like to double check for you.

MemberHi fknippenberg
I’m very sorry for the delay in getting to you. This one slipped through the cracks the last few days. You are back on our radar now though and I can help you through your issue.
I’ve just checked your site and I can’t see this issue happening on my end. Does/was it occurring to every user? Is there a specific event that you can share with us that is consistently causing this error. From what I deal with on the eventbrite side of things the only thing that you, as the owner of the site, has to embed in our plugin is your API ID and your individual events. Do they mean that they want you to regenerate all the event ID’s? I just spoke to a developer on the team as well and he confirmed that all the content displayed from eventbrite comes straight from their app through an iframe and it’s not something we control in-app as it were.
You want to maybe send us the info that eventbrite sent you regarding this error? I know you quoted it above but I’m wondering if there’s something we’re missing here. That and an example of this error occurring would be great.
Apologies again for the delay, We’ll help you get to bottom of this!
