    Hi Marcus,

Thanks for contacting us and I hope you are liking the new features in 3.0.

Just a couple of questions to help us figure out what’s going on here. Firstly could you check to see if the footer is like this if you revert to the default WP theme such as Twenty Thirteen? I’m guessing it probably won’t, but its always good to make sure this isn’t an issue on multiple themes.

Second in the Event Calendar plugin settings there are options to change the style of the event calendar. In the “Events” tab under Setting -> Display you should see three options that look like this: http://d.pr/i/J0NM. Try switching, first to the “Skeleton” style and then to “Full” and see what the site looks like in either of those styles.

Send us a quick reply once you’ve done that and let us know what happened. This will give us a good starting point to help get to the bottom of this issue.

    Thanks
    Neill

    Hi Marcus,

Thanks for getting back with that info. That helps us narrow down the issue.

I think 3.0 of the plugin is going to address the functionality you are looking for here. The plugin has actually been released since my last message and is now available for download. You can check out exactly what the plugin handles on the plugins page of your WP backend and if you have a current licence for the Events Calendar Pro, you’ll be able to upgrade right from the WP backend.

If you want a little more information before you go ahead and hit that upgrade button I’d recommend checking out some of this info.
    Official Release, forum post: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/release-the-events-calendar-3-0/

Also check out the themers guide: https://tri.be/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/

From what I’m seeing on my end I think this upgrade will address what you are looking for, but let me know if not and we’ll see if we can give you a little more info to point you in the right direction.

    Hi Robin,
Thanks for you message and for getting in contact with us.

Just a couple of things to confirm first. Would it be possible to give us a specific example of what you are trying to achieve with a link, screenshots or pastebin? Using some of these methods will help me isolate exactly what you are trying to do and I’ll be able to point you in the right direction.

    Hi Pookapro,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

First of all I just want to clarify that you are in fact using our plugin. The “toonspeak_events custom post type” doesn’t sound familiar to me. The plugin that we support here is called: “The Events Calendar PRO” and in your plugin list on the WP backend you’ll see the author as “Modern Tribe Inc” .

That being said, if this is the right plugin, we are on the cusp of releasing the new 3.0 version of the plugin. This version does address what you might be looking for by including a setting that will include all you events in the main loop. This, I believe may be a great starting point for what you need. If this doesn’t adress exactly what you are looking for then it may require a little more customized dev work, which is outside of what we handle here on these support forums. If that is the case it may be a good idea to check out the FAQs and other forum posts to see if there’s anything relevant on that end.

Hope that helps for now. If you can hold on for a little longer the 3.0 of this plugin may be exactly what you are looking for.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with. We’ll be happy to help.

    Hi reganshepherd,

Thanks for the message and we’re delighted you love the plugin!
As regards the address, you should be able to get all the info you need by reviewing the receipt that was sent upon completing this purchase. Please feel free to let us know if you need more information other then that.
