    Thanks for the update Jeremy,

Glad you were able to figure it out. I’ll go ahead and mark your own reply as the answer just incase anyone else has the same issue.

    Thanks again

    Bonjour Ebize,

Je suis désolé pour l’attente en revenir à vous. Si vous avez encore un problème, pouvez-vous vérifier que votre numéro d’identification est correcte dans le réglages et que le numéro correspond au numéro qui vous est donné par eventbrite.

    Merci!

    HI Deborah,

I’m really sorry that this fell through the cracks. This was a huge oversight. I’m on it now and will be able to help you through this issue.

It looks like you are currently using the WooTickets plugin. What would you ultimately like the tickets sales to be working in? Am I right in thinking that you bought the Eventbrite plugin because the woo-commerce didn’t seem to work? Or are you in fact happier with the way Eventbrite works and would ideally like this to be your main method of selling tickets online?

The other thing I’d like you to confirm on the Eventbrite side of things is if your API key and ID are correct in the setting. Have you managed to create any events yet using the importer? And if not have there been any visible errors?

Sorry for the barrage of questions, I really want to get a good starting point and get this figured out for you asap.

    Thanks
    Neill

    Hi Cynthia,

I just tested this on my end. I have exactly the same set up MacOSX 10.8 with Calendar (not iCal), and both your site and our test site seemed to download the file correctly and then load the dates to the calendar.

I’m wondering if this may be a browser issue? What are you using? So far I’ve tested in Chrome and Safari. Also double check your settings for calendar? Can you confirm this works on other sites with the same concept? (i’m trying to find another site with this same feature to use as an example, but you might find one before me. I’ll post one if I find it.)

    Hi Matt,

It looks like you don’t have you month view turned on at the moment, which I assume is on purpose since this error is rearing its ugly head. Can I just confirm that is the case? What view do you have selected in Events > Settings > Display.

In the off chance that was not you intention, what was the result when you added month to the list and checked the site?

    Hi Jonathan,

Sorry to give you the same message twice, but I just need to make sure we’re hitting each issue in its own thread. So just like your other ticket, I’d recommend you try and see if there are any plugin conflicts and also check see if the theme is causing any issues.

After that, let us know whats happening at that point and then maybe send us a URL that we can see this on our end.

    Hi Wiredimpact,

First thing I’d check an see if there isn’t anything in your plugins that is causing this. Try deactivating all your plugins and testing. Then try switching to a default theme, and trying the same thing. Checking out those 2 issues can really help us get to the root of the issue a lot quicker.

When you try that and get back to us, would you mind also providing a URL where we can see the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi Matt,

Welcome to the forums and I’m sorry your first experience has been a little bumpy. Could you provide us with a URL to the events part of your site? We should be able to dig a little deeper and find out whats going on.

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for your comment and your compliments on the new version of the plugin.

I’ve just visited the URL you provided and I can’t see an example of what you are talking about. Do you mind giving us a specific example? I’m wondering if you are talking about past events or upcoming events. If so do you want them to display soonest first or latest first? If you are giving us an example, maybe throw in the year with the month as well so we can get an idea of which Dec and Aug you are talking about.

    Thanks Ken.
