    Hi Rodrigo,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m afraid that we don’t offer support for time slot bookings/reservations with any of our plugins at this time, nor do we have any plans to offer this functionality in the future. You can read more about our decision here on our UserVoice forum. We’re so sorry to disappoint, but we do appreciate your interest in using our software for your client project–thank you!

I hope that helps! Thanks so much again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for getting in touch! At the moment, I’m afraid that there’s no straightforward way to implement this type of paid add-on functionality with Event Tickets Plus, though it may be possible via some degree of customization. If you’re looking to offer the option to purchase add-ons or additional products alongside event tickets, you might consider selling via the WooCommerce products page so that any available add-ons can be displayed on the same page as your tickets. You can read more about how to set this up on our Knowledgebase here.

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer any built-in calendar views that correspond exactly to the display indicated here, this is something you may be able to achieve via customization of our plugin’s default list view. You can read more about customizations and how to get started with modifying plugin templates on our Themer’s Guide–let us know if you should have any questions about the process after giving it a look over! 🙂

If you need to hide event categories for one or more calendar views, there are a few ways to achieve this. One way might be to use the [tribe_events] shortcode to place a calendar on a page that only shows certain categories. You might also consider using the CSS-based technique from this Knowledgebase article to hide events from certain categories via CSS.

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for reaching out! As stated on our nonprofit program page, our nonprofit program applications are typically processed in the order they were received, and especially during times of heavy load, it may be up to a week or longer before some applications will receive a reply. We aren’t able to provide details on an application’s decision publicly, but if you’re still awaiting a reply after more than seven days from the time that your application was sent, please do follow up here with some more details on your organization. We’ll be glad to check our records and ensure that your application was received successfully.

    Thank you! 🙂

    Hi Leon,

Thanks for reaching out! While we do have paid/premium event event submissions slated as a planned feature to be included in a future product update, I’m afraid that we’re not able to provide an exact timeline for when this feature might be available. You can always follow the latest updates related to this feature on the idea’s UserVoice page, or you can keep up with all upcoming features for our new releases by following us on our blog or social media.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Ricci,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m pretty certain that we can figure out a way to get all of the information you’re looking to share onto your calendar, but how we might achieve that will depend upon your exact requirements here. Can you provide any specific details on what type of presentation you’re looking for? Do you need each individual event within the four-day “master” event to have its own event listing? Will you be collecting RSVPs or selling tickets to your events? Any information you can provide will help us to make better recommendations for your ideal setup! 🙂

    Hi Dean,

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out! I’m happy to assist you with your pre-purchase questions here! 🙂

Excluding the basic version of Event Tickets, which is one of our core plugins and is distributed for free on WordPress.org, each of these listed plugins is available at $89 for a basic Personal-level license. This entry-level license tier allows for the activation of a single site URL per license. (A noteworthy exception is Event Aggregator, which can be activated on up to 10 sites per license regardless of license type–the only difference between the various EA licenses is the number of import jobs that can be performed per day.) At the opposite end of the spectrum, Unlimited licenses for each of these products are $750 each, excluding Event Aggregator, which is priced at $499 for its top-level 1000-import-per-day tier.

Does that help to answer your questions here? Let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist with! Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

    Hi Anandamayi,

Thanks so much for your interest in Event Tickets Plus! I’d be more than glad to take the time to assist you with your questions here. 🙂

In the interest of keeping things straightforward, I’m going to address your questions one-by-one, just as you’ve laid them out here!

    1. Yes, your ticket purchasing forms can be easily customized using the attendee information functionality built into Event Tickets Plus.
    2. You can read all about how attendees are managed on our Knowledgebase here!
    3. We don’t support MailChimp integration directly through Event Tickets Plus, but third-party solutions may allow you to set up this integration with your e-commerce platform of choice (such as WooCommerce).
    4. The level of MailChimp integration that’s available will depend upon which third-party plugins you use alongside your e-commerce platform!
    5. Yes, event administrators can scan QR codes to check in attendees from either printed tickets or devices. 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Emmash,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like what you’re looking for here is our Community Events plugin, which adds support for user-submitted events to either of our core calendar plugins (The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO). You can limit event submissions to logged-in users only, and users who submit events via Community Events will be able to log in later to administrate their own events as needed. 🙂

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer a built-in mechanism for embedding specific calendar views on external sites. Your best bet for now may be to explore our options for exporting existing events, such as our ICS export tool, or you can cast your vote here if you’d like to see external calendar support added to a future product release.

Chris, it sounds like you’re looking for something just a little different on your site–would you mind taking the time to open a new thread so that we can assist you directly? Thank you!

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out! The quickest way to grab an ICS file containing all of your calendar events would be to use The Events Calendar’s list view–when showing events in list view, The Events Calendar will limit events only by the default number of posts per page that’s specified in your WordPress settings. Simply set this number to a number higher than the number of events you have (such as 1000), then access your calendar in list view, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the Export Events button to download the ICS file of your events.

Please note that while both versions of The Events Calendar do support ICS file export, there is no way to generate a true iCal feed for syncing new events and updates to an external calendar. You may prefer to instead go with Event Aggregator, which would allow you to sync events the opposite way from Google Calendar to The Events Calendar. I’d be glad to answer any questions you might have about this plugin option!

I hope that helps to answer your questions here! Thanks again for dropping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out! We’re happy to welcome you to the world of WordPress and The Events Calendar suite! 😉

Great question about master calendars and smaller subdomain calendars here! At the moment, there’s no straightforward way to create a “network” of calendars across multiple sites in this fashion. The solution I’d typically recommend would be one involving our import plugin, Event Aggregator. Simply create a Google Calendar and set up all of the events that will be shown across your master and subdomain calendars, making sure to assign descriptive categories to all of your events. You can then install Event Aggregator alongside your calendar plugin of choice on your primary domain and subdomains and create a scheduled daily import of the calendar to each site. By having the master calendar import all events and having each subdomain site import only events from relevant categories, you’ll ensure that your calendars display the content that needs to be shown on each site, and you’ll only have to actively maintain one calendar, the Google Calendar itself. 🙂

Unfortunately, we don’t offer built-in MailChimp support for our plugins at this time, though this is something that may very well be possible via some combination of third-party plugins or services. We’ve provided a few ideas here on a related UserVoice suggestion.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

    Hi Dawid,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out–we hope that you’re enjoying your time with Event Tickets Plus so far! 🙂

It looks like the changes you’re looking to make should all be easily covered through some basic customizations of our plugin templates. We’ve designed our plugins from the ground up to be highly customizable, and our Themer’s Guide provides plenty of information on how to get started with modifying our templates to display your content exactly as you’d like it. We’re not able to provide custom-coded solutions to customization requests in most cases, but feel free to reach out on the Event Tickets Plus forum if you should have any specific questions as you’re going, and we’ll see if we’re able to point you in the right direction.

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Kevin,

So sorry to have kept you waiting here! I’m afraid that we don’t have an exact timeline for when our PDF ticketing extension might be available, but I’d be more than glad to follow up with you here once it’s ready! I’ll go ahead and make a note of this forum thread on our development ticket so that one of our team members or I can reach out to you when we’re ready to launch! 🙂

Until then, to ensure that tickets will render and print properly on separate pages as needed, we recommend using standalone email applications wherever possible rather than opening emails in webmail applications (such as on Gmail’s website). These applications are more likely to preserve HTML and CSS content and should print correctly even if the tickets do not display on separate pages when viewed in the application.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Prakash,

I’m afraid that split payments support for Community Tickets is only offered through PayPal at this time–I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 If you’d like to see Braintree support added to our plugins in the future, I’d suggest posting your suggestion to our UserVoice forum. This will get your idea on our development team’s radar and will allow other users to vote their interest and share comments and suggestions, as well!

In the meantime, you may wish to look into possible integrations that may allow Braintree to work with PayPal–as the two companies share a common owner, PayPal support may even be able to provide some suggestions here.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Brett,

Thanks so much for clarifying! Using our CSV file examples article as reference, you’ll want to create a separate CSV file for each ticket you’d like to import and make sure the event name, event post ID, or event slug is provided for each ticket–this will ensure that the tickets get imported and attached to the appropriate event. From there, it’s just a matter of filling in the appropriate information for each of the other fields! Feel free to give it a try on one of your events, and let me know if you should have any other questions once you’ve taken it for a spin! 🙂
