MemberThanks for checking, James. Can you tell me a little more about the problem you’re having? Are you having similar issues as the above users with events that have been deleted or marked pending? Also, are you getting any error messages? Any info you can provide will help us diagnose the problem.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHey Mike,
Sorry about that. Alas, we’ve had to push the fix back to the next release. The good news is that the next release is coming up soon. We know this is a real bummer so it’s one of our big priorities. Thanks for your patience!

MemberHi Matthew,
Since the issue is a limitation of the Eventbrite API, we’re kinda waiting on them to make the necessary changes. Last time we checked, it’s was on the radar but not immediately planned. If and when it does change, we’ll definitely update the plugin to work with it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Marek,
Since Rob posted that, we’ve changed the game plan a little. We’re working on a WooTickets plugin that would allow all of the registration, etc. to take place within the WordPress site, without being redirected. Then hopefully we’ll rework the Eventbrite plugin into a similar framework that would work without the Eventbrite branding and look more like our current Events admin panel.
If you or your client is interested in participating in the beta for the Wootickets release and can provide feedback, send us an email at pro /a/ tri.be and we’ll get you hooked up. Otherwise, I’m afraid I’ll just have to ask for your patience. This is definitely a popular request, and we’re working hard to make it all happen.
Thanks,

MemberHi Javier,
I’m sorry this thread seems to have slipped through the cracks. Can you clarify the problem you’re having? Is it a conflict between all-day events and other single day events, or is it an issue with recurring events? And when you say in your website, are you referring to in the admin dashboard or in the site calendar or list views? I’ll be happy to help out once I understand a bit better.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mike,
Good question 🙂 Yes, you will be able to import events using the musicians’ relevant username (which you’d find in each band’s facebook url ex. https://www.facebook.com/bandusername).
Once you’ve got the plugin installed, navigate to Events –> Settings –> Facebook and you’ll see a big ol’ text box for entering usernames.
Cheers,
