    Hi Leigh and Brian,

    Thanks for your purchase! Event Aggregator is actually a service, not a plugin. So you don’t need to download a new plugin- as long as you already have The Events Calendar. Event Aggregator is built right into TEC, and you just need to plug in your new license to activate the features.

    Hi Caroline,

    Event Aggregator is actually a service, not a plugin. So you don’t need to download a new plugin- as long as you already have The Events Calendar. Event Aggregator is built right into TEC, and you just need to plug in your new license to activate the features.

    Since you already had a license for Facebook Events, you actually got a free license for Event Aggregator. You can check it out if you’d like, or stick with the legacy importer for now.

    I’ve gone ahead and refunded your purchase of Event Aggregator, so your extra license will be gone. You will see the funds back in your account in 5-10 days.

    Right now, 100/day is the only option. But we are working on creating some other license levels so you can import more than that 🙂 Keep an eye on the EA product page for more info. Thanks for your support!

    Hey Eric,

    Thanks for your post. We certainly want to look into the organizer issue- would you mind starting a new thread and including some examples of the events you’re importing where you are seeing that? A little more information would be helpful too- was the Organizer there from a previous legacy import, or because you added it in locally, or from a previous EA import? We’ll need to be able to recreate the issue in order to get started fixing it.

    Hi Christoph and Joseph,

    I have just logged a ticket in our system to decrease the number of import logs. While it’s important to log what happening with the importer, we can change it so the Limit Reached log only shows once per day, the first time you hit it, but not each subsequent time.

    We’d like to look more closely at the issues you are both reporting with scheduled imports firing at incorrect times. Can you please use the Private Reply function to share a database dump with us (via something like a Dropbox link)? That way our support team can look into this.

    Hi there 4smartbiz,

    Currently there is a 100 imports per day limit for Event Aggregator. When you hit the limit, the system leaves a comment in order to log what happened. These comments are not visible on the front end of your site. We are planning to decrease the number of Limit Reached comments logged in a subsequent maintenance release.

    The limit is 100 imports per day (not 100 events per day) and so I’m guessing that you’re hitting it because you have your 5 imports set to a very high frequency, like every 30 minutes. If you change the frequency of some of them (perhaps to Daily) then you will stop hitting the limit.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for getting in touch. The bundle discounts are powered by coupons, and they only work if you have the exact bundle contents in the Cart. You can still purchase the bundle and Community Events, you’ll just need to do so in two separate purchases. I apologize for the inconvenience, but you’ll get a sweet discount for your hard work 🙂
