MemberHi hmalhoa,
I don’t see a download link here… can you upload the files somewhere so I have access? Then I can test them out.
Thanks!

MemberHi loakine,
It looks like you marked this topic resolved, but you were having trouble with the EDD Tickets link? If you still need help, please start a new ticket with that issue and we’ll try to help out.

MemberHi Torbjørn,
Thanks for translating Facebook Events. I’m going to be gone for the next week but I will test these and reply when I return.
I’m sorry we didn’t get the files into the 3.4 release. We are improving our process for adding translations so it will be faster and smoother, and the files should be in 3.5. Thank you for your patience!

MemberHi alfemand,
Thanks for pointing out about the link- I’ve fixed that one as well.
I’m sorry you are having trouble with a theme conflict. As noted in our forum post, we work hard to make our plugin(s) compatible with the majority of themes, but due to the variation out there we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with them all. It looks like Casey was able to help you narrow down the particular problem, and it is something on the theme’s side. I recommend that you get in touch with the theme’s developer to see if they can help you resolve the query conflict.
I hope the above will help lead you to a solution so you can continue to use both your theme and our plugins. However, if you feel that you need to find a solution, we can look into providing a refund for you. If you’d like to pursue that option, please send an email referencing this thread and including your order receipts to pro @ tri.be.
Best,
Leah

MemberHi hmalhoa,
Thanks for your patience. I tested the files this morning and they look great. We’ll be adding them to the next maintenance release of the plugin and crediting you in the readme.txt file. I’ll be emailing you shortly with a coupon for a free license.
If you’re interested, we’d love to have you update the Portuguese translations for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO too. Just post here if you’re interested!

Leah

MemberHi memeco,
Thanks for your patience. I checked out the files you sent, and it looks like you may have updated the existing translation without using the updated .pot file. It’s important to do this so that the new strings which have been added (like our CSV importer) are available for your translation.
To get the new strings, open the .po file for your language in PoEdit. Then click Category –> Update from POT File. Select the .pot file from the /lang folder you downloaded above, and the new strings will then be available in your .po file for you to translate. Once you have those translated you can send me the new files.
Thanks for your hard work!
Best,
Leah
