MemberHi reddishpink,
Thanks for getting in touch. As we specify on the WooCommerce Tickets product page, our ticketing plugins do not work with recurring events. If you make a ticket on a recurring event, that same ticket will show on all instances of that event. We hope to integrate ticketing with recurring events in the near future, but at this time that is still a limitation.
Our ticketing plugins are not exactly designed for time slot bookings, but you can still make them work for this situation. You’d need to do something like make different ticket types for the various time slots, and then users could purchase that ticket for that specific time slot, thus reserving it. Each day would need to be a different event for this to work, however, because of the issue I noted above. In that case I would recommend a third-party post duplicating plugin to make your life easier.
Does that answer your questions? Let me know if I can elaborate on anything.

MemberHi stcwdc,
I’m sorry Cynthia, my bad. There actually wasn’t a 3.4.1 release of PRO, only for The Events Calendar. It was a hotfix for something intrinsic to core, so there was no need to do both. You should be able to downgrade with the 3.4 release- and the two are totally compatible. I apologize for the confusion!

MemberHi saintjo,
Our work on the recurring events will not break any of your existing recurring event series, and any recurring events that you make should continue to function in the same way. The changes we made are in the background, to lay the groundwork for some new features like more flexible recurring events, and ticketing for recurring events. Does that answer your question?

MemberHi Ian,
Thanks for posting. I’m sorry about the trouble posting- we’re working on a fix for that.
Yes, I believe the solution you describe would work. You’d definitely want to be really clear in the tickets about which was which, but I believe that would cover your needs. Nice work on a creative solution- I wouldn’t have thought of that 😀

MemberHi Jimmy,
Technically, you only need one license for a multisite installation because you only input the license on your main network site. However, we ask that you purchase the license package that accurately reflects the number of sites you’ll use the plugin on. For example, if you are planning to use the plugin on a 10-site multisite, we ask that you purchase our Developer level license. That reflects the amount of value you’re getting as well as covering any support you may need on those sites.
Thank you,

MemberHi Herkey43,
Text and link colors are generally controlled by your theme. You can likely change the colors of the text with some minor CSS customization. Check out our Themer’s Guide for some tips. You’ll also probably want to check out our documentation.
If you’re having trouble, you may want to contact the theme developer to see if they can point you in the right direction. We also may be able to help out a bit if you post in our Events Calendar PRO forum. If the customization is beyond our scope, we’d be happy to provide a list of developers you could work with you.

MemberHi Casey,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins. A number of the features you need are not built into The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO, but if you are willing to do some customizing and/or hire a developer, you may be able to build what you need using our plugin(s) as the base.
Events Calendar PRO does allow you to create Additional Fields, so you could add Clients, Trainers, and Time Slots to your events. However, there is not a built in way to make any of those fields required. Also, our plugin does not facilitate time slot booking- you could mark the time slot on the event, but there isn’t a front end functionality for site visitors to book a time slot. We do have ticketing plugins, but they sell tickets for events with a single date, time, and venue.
Site visitors can view events on the front end of the site, and can also export them to Google Calendar or iCal. There are no built-in reminders at this time, although you could potentially build one or use a third-party plugin.
Let me know if I can elaborate further, or answer any more questions.

MemberHi dragonflo,
I found a number of example sites for you that have a bunch of events. Please note that most of these sites have done some customization to integrate our plugin with their site, so they may have some different styling or functionality. However, all of them are using our strong core plugin, which has been tested with hundreds of venues and events.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

MemberHi Tom,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our products!
I’m not sure that I completely understand your first question- you can manually mark approve a payment on the backend of your site, but that’s generally for when users are paying with an offline method like a check. In that case, you’d mark the order Complete when you received the payment. If your user pays with Paypal or credit card, the purchase will be marked Complete when the payment is received.
The free base WooCommerce product does not come with MailChimp integration, but I checked out their site and it looks like they have a premium extension for it.

MemberHi theedge,
Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like the German translation for The Events Calendar (and Events Calendar PRO) is outdated, which is why you are seeing more words in English. Would you be willing to work on updating the translation? Then all the words will show correctly. We’d be happy to give you a free license in exchange for your work.
If you’re willing, check out the Getting Started post where you’ll find the instructions and files you need. If you are not able to work on the translation, you’ll need to wait until another German speaker volunteers to work on it and we can update the files.

MemberHi planet,
Thanks for posting and for including those screenshots. I’m glad that you got the Tickets panel to show. Can I ask what you did to make that happen? It could be a clue to the other issue.
Can you confirm that you are running The Events Calendar 3.5 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.5, and have them both installed and activated? Also, are you running a multi-site install? The answers to those questions will help me troubleshoot further.
Thank you,
Leah

MemberHi efromdc,
The best way to get rid of that warning is to generate the geolocation data for those events 🙂 You can do this from Events –> Settings. Scroll down to the Map Options section and you’ll see a button for generating the geolocation. Once that’s generated, your Map View will work better and the prompt should go away.

MemberHi stcwdc,
You can download older versions of Events Calendar PRO from your account’s downloads page at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/. The drop-down will allow you to pick version 3.4.1.

MemberHi bobgair,
There is not a built in way to add colors to events, but it is possible with customization. You could also use the popular Events Calendar Category Colors plugin, which was built by one of our fans. That plugin allows you to color code different categories of events.
If you want something a little different and are willing to do some customization, please post in our Events Calendar PRO forum so that we can help you with that. This forum is for unregistered users asking Pre-Sales questions 🙂

MemberHi Yvonne,
Thanks for getting in touch. Events Calendar PRO automatically creates a Venue Page for any venue used for an event. You can also create venues independent of an event. The Venue Page shows the venue’s name and any additional information you’ve added, such as address, phone number, website, map, and/or pictures. It also automatically shows any events that are upcoming at that venue. Here’s an example from our demo site.
Out plugins are pretty customizable, so you could potentially customize this Venue Page to show exactly what you wanted. If you’re confident with some code, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction to do some of this customizing. We could also recommend some developers who could help you out with your project.

Leah
