Thanks for posting and for including those screenshots. I’m glad that you got the Tickets panel to show. Can I ask what you did to make that happen? It could be a clue to the other issue.
Can you confirm that you are running The Events Calendar 3.5 and WooCommerce Tickets 3.5, and have them both installed and activated? Also, are you running a multi-site install? The answers to those questions will help me troubleshoot further.
1) I have uninstalled all plugins and reinstalled. then the panel was there.
2) Yes I’m using “Events Calendar 3.5” and “WooCommerce Tickets 3.5” – both are installed and activated. multi-site is not installed
It looks like you also have a license for Events Calendar PRO. Can you make sure that The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are both at the latest version, 3.5.1, and then check again for the ticket panel?
Were you able to update The Events Calendar to 3.5.1? I’m hoping that will correct this, as it is a strange problem and we haven’t heard any other reports. If updating to 3.5.1 doesn’t work, I may need to log into your site. Can you please send your login credentials to us at pro /at/ tri.be and include a reference to this thread? Hopefully that will help me find the answer to this strange problem.
Best,
Leah
