ParticipantHey Miriam,
That a question better suited for the Events Calendar PRO forum. Can I ask you to start a thread there?

ParticipantHi anthony,
Sorry that’s not going to work for you Jonnathan. You could check around sites like microlancer.com if you wanted to consider getting some help with it, but that’s up to you.
If there’s anything else I can help with, please just ask! Thanks for your understanding and support.

ParticipantHi anthony,
Thanks for being such a supporter! Your sites should be fine. If you delete the license key from a site it does not remove the plugin or the data. It will continue to function just fine. What you do lose is the ability to get automatic updates on that (staging) site. Once you transfer the license to the live site you should be all set and ready to go.
If there’s anything else I can help with, please just ask!

ParticipantHey ironandsteel,
I’m glad you got it working to your satisfaction. And thanks for sharing your fix! Did you have that same problem after the 3.2 update? Did your override still fix it, or was it not needed?
Just trying to track this down. Let me know what happened for you.

ParticipantHi joinfof,
For a custom page for a single event, the single-event.php file should go in the /your-theme-folder/tribe-events/list/single-event.php
The Themer’s Guide has a nice diagram of the basic view files that might help you as you go along. It’s in the Example Customization section (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/#examples).
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi naton,
I think the issue is that you are trying to import from a Facebook Group. The API only allows us to import from Pages / Organizations. As you have found out, you can import the events manually but not automatically. It’s a limitation placed on us by Facebook and not something we have control over.
Can you try one thing? Could you set up a Group Address so the URL would have a name instead of a number? It seems I was having luck with that on a few.
I realize it’s not a perfect answer, but does it work for you?

ParticipantHey Kenneth,
What a beautiful theme! However, I have some real concerns about how our plugin would work with it; it sounds like there will likely be conflicts with it. We do not use shortcodes as part of our plugin, so new templates would have to be created for pages.
I would suggest pursuing your discussion with the theme developer as they will have the best chance of integrating our plugins with their theme’s functionality. We do have a Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) that can be helpful for them.
If there is anything else I can provide, please let me know.

ParticipantHey Miriam,
I’m not sure I understand your questions. So I guess that means for the first one the answer is no, we do not save searches in the plugin. And you can add events in The Events Calendar (free) plugin. If however you are referring to having users add events, that is a feature of the Community Events plugin.
I’m not sure if I’ve answered your questions, so please let me know if I’ve missed the mark. Or if there is anything else I can help with.
And please feel free to start your own thread when you have questions.

ParticipantHello Rebecca,
Your questions sound like you’ve got some very specific requirements there, as most seem to be about code-level solutions. Have you checked out our Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) for details? And our Tutorials might help you sort through what’s available out of the box on the front end (https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/).
We can’t help with customizations, especially here in pre-sales, but if you have any other questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

ParticipantHey Miriam,
It does look like that one has been replaced by https://tri.be/filter-bar-a-video-preview/. Does that one work for you?

ParticipantHey Alex,
Yes, Events Calendar PRO is compatible with multisite and a personal license can work. First off, each site in a multisite is it’s own separate installation and calendar. But we currently do not track which site you use the license on, so it is possible, with one license, to install the plugin on all the multisite sites. However, only one site will be able to do the one-click updates. The remainder will have to be done manually. And of course your license will get you access to the support forums regardless of which site you need help with.
Does that help? Any more questions I can answer?

ParticipantHello Dawn,
To purchase our plugins, just go to the products page (https://theeventscalendar.com/products/) and place your order there. We do not offer discounts for ordering more than one plugin. However, since you are a non-profit I may have something of interest for you. We do have a program where non-profits can get the plugins for free if they qualify. You can find the details at https://theeventscalendar.com/non-profits/. If your interested in that, just send an email as indicated and they can set you up.
Anything else I can help with?

November 12, 2013 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Can the month view be easily changed to show the times of the events #76084Julie Kuehl
ParticipantHello Matt,
There are no options in the plugin that would display the event times in the titles. You could possibly just type it right into the title or possibly break into the code and customize the plugin to do that for you you.
Either way, it’s probably easy enough to do, but it’s not something the plugin does out of the box.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

ParticipantHello Matt,
I apologize that no one has responded to your email. Looking over your document though, I think you’ll be able to find the information that you’ll need to complete it over at https://theeventscalendar.com/products/. We also have some New User Primers that can be found at https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/ if you want to see exactly how the plugins work.
We don’t respond to RFPs, so we’re not able to complete your chart for you. If you have any specific questions along the way, however, please feel free to ask.

ParticipantHey Bart,
Since this is more of a support question than a pre-sales question, I’m going to move it over to that forum so you can get some help there.
