GuestHi,
I am reviewing the viability of two of your products with my site, (staged temp site here: http://www.atlantiagroup.com/jcorner/ )
1.) Integration with theme
The theme they have chosen for the site uses an event management method installed by the theme itself. I found the following line for submitting events, it looks to be a post_type event creation:http://atlantiagroup.com/jcorner/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=event
There are only two areas on this site where the old method matters, namely the home page listing at the bottom and the menu link to events.
The home page listing is really what I am only concerned about with the new plugin (and linking from that page). The menu link can be setup to go to a new page template designed around the ECP shortcode and normal page display methods.
The code the home page uses to pull events is here: http://pastebin.com/CdVD7ZeZ
Right now the two don’t jive together, if I create an event in ECP, it doesn’t show up in the events listing, nor do events created in the Events menu added in WP show up in ECP. We’d be willing to pay for custom support in this regard if needed, it appears to be more related to theme integration than having both methods propagate to each other.
I guess I can just edit the home page template to use the ECP method of display, provided it can be done inline with the current layout.
The remaining questions more revolve around the booking, sales and woocommerce integration part of your plugins.
We are interested in either a demo of the features or I can generate questions that need to be answered. Up front everything appears awesome from what I can see, just have to do due diligence in making sure it will work as we expect.

ParticipantHey Kenneth,
What a beautiful theme! However, I have some real concerns about how our plugin would work with it; it sounds like there will likely be conflicts with it. We do not use shortcodes as part of our plugin, so new templates would have to be created for pages.
I would suggest pursuing your discussion with the theme developer as they will have the best chance of integrating our plugins with their theme’s functionality. We do have a Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) that can be helpful for them.
If there is anything else I can provide, please let me know.
