ParticipantHey mgason,
I apologize for the email wonkiness. We’ve had sporadic reports of those, but haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause yet. Sorry to trouble you with it. (But actually, you may have helped us spot the issue!)
As far as the SnazzyMaps integration goes, that’s not something we’re going to be able to help you with. I did find an earlier thread regarding it https://tri.be/wp-admin/post.php?post=101751&action=edit but I’m not sure if they were able to get it working or not. If it helps, you can find our Documentation over at http://docs.tri.be/.

ParticipantHey rvb,
Your week view looks to be working as designed. I’m not sure how you’d want to change it when there are overlapping events. And the gray areas are meant to show the length of the event. The top is the start time and the bottom is the end time. It represents a block of time on the calendar. They are different sizes because the events are different lengths of time.
From what I can see, your calendar looks good to me. Have I misunderstood something?

ParticipantHey ironandsteel,
I’m afraid that you guessed right. The reporting is all done through WooCommerce. I don’t think we’re going to be of much help to you on that. Did you ask over in the WooCommerce forums?

ParticipantHey mclanea,
That’s a great idea! The best way to get it on our radar, however, is to add your voice to our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas). That would help us in prioritizing it and makes sure it doesn’t slip through the cracks. Would you be willing to do that?

ParticipantHi again Eric,
And I might be wrong. I came across this snippet that might be relevant to what you’re looking to do: https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-hide-events-from-unregistered-users/
Will this work?

February 7, 2014 at 4:37 pm in reply to: (Solved) How can I turn off "How to Import Facebook Events" section #102086Julie Kuehl
ParticipantHey efromdc,
You’ll need to edit the /plugins/the-events-calendar-facebook-importer/admin-views/import-page.php file to remove that box. Just commenting out the code should do the trick.
Does that work for you?

ParticipantHi JS,
Your question really belongs on the PRO forum, but I’ll give you a quick pointer that it’s based on the featured image for the event.
If you need additional help, can I request that you ask on the PRO forum instead? Thanks so much!

ParticipantHi Carole,
Yup, I think you got it. The license key is entered in the dashboard area under Events > Settings for the products that have been purchased. You’d need the login information (userid/password) from the license holder to sign in to the forums.
Does that make sense?

ParticipantHi Gatelli,
Displaying a list of attendees is not something that our plugins are set up to do. The only information we capture is a name and email of purchasers, and purchaser doesn’t always equal attendee. While it might be possible to do some customization to display some information, I don’t think even then you’re going to get what you are looking for.
Sorry we don’t have a solution for you at the present time.

February 7, 2014 at 4:12 pm in reply to: Does the Eventbrite Add-On integrate with WordPress membership system? #102067Julie Kuehl
ParticipantHi Eric,
The Eventbrite add-on doesn’t have anything that would recognize members vs non-members. It strictly ports information to/from Eventbrite. Any membership management would have to be done on the WordPress side, and our add-on doesn’t add that on. 🙂
I’m not certain, but perhaps you’d want to look at the Easy Digital Downloads tickets and that ecosystem of extensions. I believe they have ways to distinguish between members and non-members, but I can’t say that I’m familiar with the specifics.
Sorry we don’t have a solution for you at the present time.

ParticipantHello stevenolli,
That may be controlled by your theme, but I’m not sure since I don’t have access to your site. However when I put in the same settings on my site, the single events page has no sidebar. http://screencloud.net/v/qENk, which I why I’m thinking it might be your theme. Have you tried reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme to see if that makes a difference? If it is in your theme, you should check your theme developer’s documentation to see how to get rid of it.
Or maybe I misunderstood?

ParticipantHello stevenolli,
Thanks so much for those details! It really helped. When I set up a WooCommerce Ticket item using the Twenty Fourteen theme and I get the expected styling. http://screencloud.net/v/mPQx And when I went to your site, it seems you’ve got some other issues you are dealing with as well. Have you tried disabling all the other plugins and reverting back to the Twenty Twelve theme to see if that resolves it? And you might also want to try changing the styling under the WooCommerce area too. http://screencloud.net/v/oNl5 Perhaps that might make a difference.
Give those a try and let me know how it goes.
