    Hi,

    My friend has bought TCP pro for a website and I am working on customizing it. So far I’ve had pretty good luck searching the forum for answers but I might’ve found a bug (or at least something that might need clarification. Your FAQ implies that developers can use site owners’ license for the website, but I don’t see how to register without purchasing a product.

    From the FAQ;
    “It is always best for you, the site owner, to have access to your account on tri.be. That’s how you access downloads, license keys, order history, and support. You can purchase the plugin under your own name and THEN GIVE THE DEVELOPER THE LICENSE KEY FOR THE SITE.” Oh, I think I figured it out…”the site” is the plugin owner’s site, not to get access to this website, is it?

    Hi Carole,

    Yup, I think you got it. The license key is entered in the dashboard area under Events > Settings for the products that have been purchased. You’d need the login information (userid/password) from the license holder to sign in to the forums.

    Does that make sense?
