KeymasterHi Matthew,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin!
I’m glad PayPal could answer your first two questions.
Regarding the 3rd one, if you encounter a bug on your website, we could assist you but you would need a premium account (in this case, you would need Event Tickets Plus). Otherwise, you may ask your question on our free plugin’s forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/event-tickets
II hope this helps.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks for your interests in our plugins!
I’m not sure I fully understood your needs. Could you please send me a link of a website which has the functionality or the display you are looking for?
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Flo,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, could you make sure all your plugins and your theme are up-to-date? Then, did you try to use Events Calendar PRO + Beaver Builder + the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)? If so, does it work that way or not? You may read our documentation about Testing for conflicts to know more about those potential conflicts and how to solve them.
Also, could you share your System Information?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Florin,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, could you please share your System Information? (you may set your reply as “Private”).
The calendar on smaller screen is meant to look like the one on our WP Shindig demo website: https://wpshindig.com/events/
Since your website doesn’t display properly in responsive mode, it might be due to a conflict (probably with your theme). Coud you try to deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference? And could you try to switch to the default theme? Please read carefully our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.

Keymasterこんにちはまさひろさん、
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you 🙂
In order to display events on any page, including the front page, you may use a shortcode. In order to do so, you would need Events Calendar PRO. So, if you wanted to embed a List View calendar, you would use the shortcode [tribe_events view=”list”].
Please refer to our documentation for more information about this feature: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
In case you would like to test this feature, please note that we do have a thirty-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Pete,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It seems your theme overrides some styles applied to your events. To offset your problem with the long sentences being cut off, you may add the following css snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-single-event-description ul, .tribe-events-single-event-description ol { padding: 0 20px 0 0; }I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! And thanks for reporting this problem 🙂
For now, we haven’t had similar cases. Which version of Filter Bar did you have? What was the PHP error that you got? And did you try Filter Bar + TEC + PRO but without all other plugins? And could you try with the default theme? (please refer to our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything).
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
No, our core plugin doesn’t allow recurring events. So you don’t have to move back from PRO to the normal version – that wouldn’t fix the issue you are getting. The best workaround might be the solution I provided in my previous answer, until the day Event Tickets can properly work recurring events (there is no timeframe for such a feature).
I hope this answers your question.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Mike,
I’m glad you managed to make it work!
And thank you for pointing to that documentation about how to generate a Google Maps browser key.
Please feel free to ask if you have any other related questions 🙂

KeymasterHi Denise,
Even though a website using a PHP version prior to 5.4 might still work with our plugins, it’s strongly recommended to use 5.6 or above.
Could you send me the .ics file you’re trying to import, so that I could test it locally?
Also, could you send me a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status? (in Events > Help).
I can see you already tested for conflicts — did you still have the same problem with all other plugins deactivated? And with the default theme?

KeymasterHi Denise,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
The problem might come from the fact you’re using a version of PHP that we don’t support anymore. Indeed, we changed a few months ago our minimum required PHP version to 5.6. Could you then see with our web hosting company if they can upgrade PHP to 5.6 or 7.x?
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Philipp,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, I would like to know, how did you do this layout? Did you use a shortcode? If so, which one did you use? Or is it something related to your theme?
Also, could you please share your System Information? (you may set your reply as “Private”)
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Mike,
Sorry for my late reply.
I just had a look at your website, and it seems it’s working very well now 🙂
I’ve entered “Manhattan” in the Near field and I got 3 events in New York as a result.Did you do something on your website or in your Google Maps account since yesterday?
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I noticed your Event Tickets plugin is not up-to-date, could you update it to version 4.8.1? The same with The Events Calendar: could you update it to its latest version, 4.6.23?
Also, please make sure all your other plugins and your themes are up-tu-date.
In case the problem persists, I would recommend you to test for conflicts. In order to do so, you should deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference. Then, you may switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen).
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try making a ticket purchase, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
