Sidebar Widget stuck loading

Hi there!

I just bought the pro plugin and want it to display it in my sidebar. I am using Beaver Builder as page builder but the Widget stuck loading all the time as you can see in the screenshot. Oddly, when I look at the page in the customizer view, everything is working fine. Is this a know issue? Could someone provide some help?

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

First of all, could you make sure all your plugins and your theme are up-to-date? Then, did you try to use Events Calendar PRO + Beaver Builder + the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)? If so, does it work that way or not? You may read our documentation about Testing for conflicts to know more about those potential conflicts and how to solve them.

Also, could you share your System Information?
