    1. When my students try to buy my courses at http://matthewdavison.com/event/two-day-oil-acrylic-painting-workshop-3/ clicking on the inbuilt ‘Buy now’ button give the error error from Paypal ‘Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.’ https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=1531ffae91e73&code=EWP_SETTINGS#buy-tickets
    Please help as I don’t think my customers are signing up because they see this message!!
    I’m using Event ticket plugin which has worked in the past as I had a customer pay through this route over the weekend.
    If I put the PayPal buy now code in the event it works.
    Is it
    a. Possible to remove the event tribe button?
    or
    b. Possible to get is to work?

    2. When the action has worked none of the course information details are carried over into the sale document so I have no idea which course my students have booked on. Is this because I have failed to add a tag or a differential?

    3. the countdown of tickets fails to work

    Are all these things related have they been ironed out in the Plus version?

    Paypal have just been in touch and given this advice: “The problem you are encountering has to do with your account settings configuration.

    In this case, your account is set not to accept non encrypted payments”

    So 1 and 2 are answered

    I’m glad PayPal could answer your first two questions.

    Regarding the 3rd one, if you encounter a bug on your website, we could assist you but you would need a premium account (in this case, you would need Event Tickets Plus). Otherwise, you may ask your question on our free plugin’s forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/event-tickets
