KeymasterHi Carine,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It’s a known bug, which appeared with the latest update of Events Calendar PRO. Our developers are working to solve this issue β the fix will be part of the very next Maintenance Release (which might be delivered next week).
I’ll mark this thread as “Pending fix”, so we could warn you as soon as the fix is released.
Thank you for your patience and understanding π
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out ot us! I would be happy to help you π
Your Key is valid. If it doesn’t appear that way though, you should try to install a Transient Cleaner plugin such as this one.
I hope this will help,

KeymasterHi Jonah,
I have installed the German language with WPML on my local installation, and the month view switcher link works fine. So I’m not sure what’s causing a problem with your staging website β I guess we might have different settings.
Is https://unifiedthomas.staging.wpengine.com/de/calendar your default Events page, or is it a page you created with the <span class=”st”>[tribe_events</span>] shortcode?
I would recommend reading the 3 following articles on translation:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/incomplete-translations/
I would also recommned to have a look in the WPML forums, as similar questions have been asked, such as here.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi,
I tested that CSS on your page (http://theshipyardpark.com/events/) through my web browser’s developer tools and it worked.
Where did you put the CSS snippet I gave you? To be sure it’s taken into account, you may paste it in Additional CSS (via Appearance > Customize).
Also, you may add an
!important, just to be sure. So it would look like this:
body .tribe-events-calendar .tribe-events-tooltip { visibility:hidden !important; }I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
The way you entered the venue seems to be correct. Do you have a free plan with Google Maps AP? How many requests a day do you get? Your problem might be due to Google Maps API restrictions, that you can unlock by subscribing to a paid plan.

KeymasterHi Marcus,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
Indeed, if you don’t renew your license after 1 year, the plugin will still work but you won’t have access to further updates and you won’t be able to contact the support team anymore.
I hope that answers your question π
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Darren,
That’s great. If you have some questions along the way, feel free to ask π
Have a nice day,

KeymasterHi Felix,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
Could you provide me a link where I could see your calendar?
There might be a conflict somewhere. If you revert to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen), do the nav buttons work? If the conflict is not linked with your theme, I would recommand you to run proper tests to find where the conflict comes from.
Let me know how it goes,

KeymasterHi Rob,
I’m not sure clearing the calendar entries would help. However, chances are great that your problem will disappear once your WordPress core will be up-to-date.
Let me know how it goes,

KeymasterHi Rachel,
There must be a conflict between the Filter Bar plugin and another plugin or your theme. The Filter Bar plugin is meant to work well with our other plugins, as you can see on our demo website.
Is it possible for you to set up a staging website, on which you would activate the Filter Bar, and install the Twenty Seventeen theme, before deactivating other plugins? As long as we don’t know which other 3rd party is causing a conflict with our plugin, it’s difficult to provide a solution.
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterThank you very much Mathew for jumping into the conversation and providing such a clear answer!
I’m glad Erin that your problem is resolved π
I’m closing this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further questions or concerns.

KeymasterHi Darren,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Iβd be happy to help you ?
It seems thereβs a conflict in your website β I can see a couple of JavaScripts errors in the console log. Also, weekdays are meant to be abbreviated on smaller screens (cf our demo).
Could you try to switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) in order to see if the problem comes from your theme? If not, could you deactivate all plugins except for The Events Calendar ones, and check if your calendar displays properly on mobiles?
Ideally, you wouldΒ run those testsΒ on a staging environment.

The second point is probably related to the first one β by solving the first one, we should solve the second problem as well.
