ParticipantDear Support,
Our calendar can be viewed at:
https://essentialthree.com/calendar/
Two issues with mobile:
1. The days of the week are all spelled out and on top of each other, making it illegible.
2. There are events, as indicated by the dot, but you cannot click to see the event – it does not work.
Can you please advise?
Thank you, Erin

KeymasterHi Erin,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It seems there’s a conflict in your website, as weekdays are meant to be abbreviated on smaller screens (cf our demo).
The second point is probably related to the first one — by solving the first one, we should solve the second problem as well.
Could you try to switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) in order to see if the problem comes from your theme? If not, could you deactivate all plugins except for The Events Calendar ones, and check if your calendar displays properly on mobiles?
Ideally, you would run those tests on a staging environment.
Let me know how it goes,Cheers,

ParticipantErin,
It looks like you are using some sort of caching/minification plugin. This can cause issues with The Events Calendar scripts. It is best not to minify ANY of scripts from The Events Calendar and ANY add-ons products (Tickets, etc.). The good news is that the scripts from TEC are already compressed, except in debug mode.
Here’s an article on the subject.
You may need to refer to the documentation of your caching plugin on “how-to” exclude certain directories or paths.
Don’t forget to reset or clear the cache from within the caching plugin.
Hope this helps.

I’m glad Erin that your problem is resolved 🙂
I’m closing this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further questions or concerns.
