KeymasterHi Gregg,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to do so, could please share your System Information with me?
Also, I visited your website. On your /events page, I selected a date via the datepicker. It took quite a long time, but the events eventually loaded. Coud you confirm it’s the same for you, or does the spinning wheel never stop spinning?
Whatever the case, it’s likely there’s a conflict somewhere. Could you follow the steps to test for conflicts?
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to fix this issue, you can try to add the following CSS snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) { h3.entry-title.summary, h3.tribe-events-month-event-title, .tribe-events-calendar .tribe-events-has-events:after { display: block; position: relative } }Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Mirja,
I’m sorry the CSS snippet I gave you didn’t work properly.
Instead of the one I gave you previously, could you try the following one?
@media screen and (min-width: 668px) { .tribe-events-loop .type-tribe_events { position: relative; } .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-cost { position: absolute; top: 0; right: 0; } }Please let me know how it goes 🙂

KeymasterHi Rafal,
I’m glad your website can work thanks to Mathew’s advice 🙂
Please let us know how it goes with Avada support.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins 🙂
Whether you’re using PRO or not, you need to include the address of a venue on the Venues CSV file, and not the lat/long.
However, by using PRO, you could make good use of Additional Fields and also display your events on Google Map.
Regarding the license, you could use it on a dev/staging site without it counting toward your license’s maximum allowed sites if its domain name is clearly a dev or staging site. You’ll find more explanations on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Kent,
Thanks for joining this conversation 🙂
If you are dealing with a similar problem, could you create a new thread? That way, we could access your System Information and help you better.

KeymasterHi,
I agree, it’s not normal. It looks like this problem is closely related to the other one my colleague Andras is dealing with. So this issue will be handled in the other thread.
Please let me know if you have further concerns.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Marcus,
Thanks a lot for reaching out to us!
To answer your questions #1, #2, #3, those changes could be made via css.
Regarding question #4, the best way to show past events with upcoming events is to create a theme override of the template you are using and create a custom query using the tribe_get_events() function. It’s a bit of customization, but I hope this points you in the right direction. If you need further help, we provide a list of known freelancers who could tweak the plugin for you.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Because the thread in the community forums didn’t help you, maybe your problem is slightly different. Could you share your System Information with me, so I could understand your configuration a little bit better?
Thanks in advance,
Cheers,

I’m glad you managed to solve this problem!
I’m going to close this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further questions.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In WPML > Languages > Language URL format, could you select Different languages in directories, instead of Language name added as a parameter? Then, you might re-save your Permalinks in Settings > Permalinks.
That might not solve your problem though. How did you create the page /events/? Is it the default calendar page, or did you use a shortcode on a new page?
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Then it might be due to a conflict. Could you try to deactivate all your plugins (except the Events Calendar ones) to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and tell me if you still have the same problem?
The good thing is that you have a staging website, so it would be easier to run those tests. By the way, I would recommend to read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Matt,
It’s strange, because on my local installation, I also have WooCommerce version 3.4.3, and I can’t reproduce your problem.
Could you share your System Information with me, so that I could understand your configuration a little bit better?
Thanks in advance,
