    Hello and welcome back,

    I just tested to see if the Search Near function works and it appears to be for me. We have the issue [venues results not appearing when using Search field] logged and planned to be addressed shortly, so hold tight while we work towards that resolution!

    Hey Aimie,

    Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about the issue. I just tried replicating the issue but was able to successfully sync the event and ticket from my local WP test site to my Eventbrite account. Can you please revisit your Add-Ons APIs settings tab found in Events > Settings and click the “Get Authorization” button. You should get a success message if everything is set up properly. If you do see the success message, try the event/ticket process over to see if everything is working again.

    Hey Mason,

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. In regards to questions 1, 2, and 4, can you confirm if they still occur when reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivate all other plugins other than ours as outlined in the Testing for conflicts?

    I did a bit of investigating and it appears we are working on support functionality for global stock when using EDD. I can’t give you a date on when that feature will be released, but stay tuned to your WP-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for more info.

    Keep me updated with the status of the other issues. If you are still experiencing troubles, send over your System Information as a private reply.

    I’ve been trying to work through this a bit, though, despite that, and I appreciate your patience.

    In regards to the “meta tags,” editing that file you pointed out SHOULD indeed be helpful, but only for certain things. When you say “meta tags,” are you talking about meta tags in the HTMLof your page? If so, then NO, there is no The Events Calendar template file you can edit to modify the page.

    You would have to get clever and use the filter wp_head()—this is not a feature of The Events Calendar, it’s just a general WordPress filter, so to learn more about that, read here → https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/wp_head

    To tell if you’re on the Map View page, you can use the conditional functions listed here → https://git.io/vVtXs

    So, hook into wp_head, use those conditionals to determine if you’re on the Map View page, and if so, add whichever meta tags you want to add.

    There is no way to modifytags from within our plugin template files.

    Hello Pascal,

    I wish I had more answers for you but we build our plugins and test them on the default WP theme. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee compatibility with every theme due to numerous reasons.

    With the amount of customers using both The Events Calendar/PRO and the DIVI theme, there is luckily a decent amount of existing topics relating to the two. This means you’ve got more documentation available.

    Hey Richard,

    You may want to try right-clicking on your mouse and opening “Inspect” – from here you can usually identify any conflicts going on through the error console. Let me know if that helps 🙂
