ParticipantHi,
we use the Eventbrite Tickets Pro quite often. Today, there is a bug and we don´t know why. We try to connect the event as usual to the Eventbrite Tickets, we put in all required data and there is no bug showing like “data is incorrect”. By saving and put the Event life, the Eventbrite Ticket Connection switches automatically back to “No” and all information is deleted again. So it is not possible to connect the Tickets with the Events. We deinstalled new Plugins and used another theme, deinstalled the Plugin as well and checked the licenece key but it´s still not working.
It would be great if you could help us as soon as possible.
Thanks,

ModeratorHey Aimie,
Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about the issue. I just tried replicating the issue but was able to successfully sync the event and ticket from my local WP test site to my Eventbrite account. Can you please revisit your Add-Ons APIs settings tab found in Events > Settings and click the “Get Authorization” button. You should get a success message if everything is set up properly. If you do see the success message, try the event/ticket process over to see if everything is working again.
Keep me updated with your progress and thanks for choosing PRO 🙂

ParticipantHi Hunter,
unfortunately this didn´t work. I reinstalled the plugin and I get the autorisation from eventbrite. But still, after saving, the eventbrite tickets switch back to “no” and don´t show at the event site, as well as in eventbrite.
One idea is, to install the plugin again. But wordpress saves the settings of the plugin, also after deleting it completely.
Would be great if you have another idea to solve the problem.
Thanks!
