    Greetings …

    I have pro licenses for the calendar, community and newsletter. The calendar and newsletter are fine, but the community is indicating a bad license key. When I copy the key from my account (using the button to copy), the license page indicates all is good (and thanking me :). THe main wordpress site continues to indicate that this is not correct.

    This is not a new problem. It has repeated this since i got the product but I have not tried to hunt it down until now

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I apologize for the inconvenience of this particular issue.

    To verify, when adding the license key, you’re adding:

    • via the setting available within the Event Settings > Licenses tab
    • Pasting the key into the field and getting the green success message
    • Then saving the updated value by clicking the “Update” button at the bottom of the page?

    Let me know if this matches the steps you’re currently taking.

    Yes, I use the copy button from the license page and I am making sure to update at the page

    Josh is out for a bit, but thank you for the update and we’re glad to hear you’ve got it resolved. I don’t believe we did anything on our end – it may have taken a few minutes for everything to resister properly. Either way, we’re glad to hear it’s been addressed!
