ModeratorHi and welcome back,
Thank you for providing so much information in your initial post! I did a quick check on our logged bug/feature report and don’t see anything that leads me to believe we have a known bug that would be causing these oddities with your recurring events.
I’m not dismissing the possibility that there is in fact a bug, I’m just unsure how to address this particular situation as we don’t have a way to confirm until you can identify why/how this behavior is occurring.
If you don’t mind, send over screenshots to events that seem to be ignoring your recurrence rules and I’d be happy to try and replicate the problem. I also notice that you aren’t running the latest versions of our plugin, so that might be a contributing factor.
Again, thanks for the informative post and I look forward to your response.
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorWelcome back, My Lady!
Based on that last response, I feel very strongly you have a writing career in your future! Lol this has honestly been my favorite thread and I’ve been a part of over 1,000+ responses 🙂
I too like to keep things “fresh and up-to-date” but alas, I digress. Thank you for your willingness to revert back to ancient versions until the devs can get this addressed. We shall keep you updated with our progress via our blog and changelog when you see an update in your wp-admin.
Enjoy the summertime and please feel free to open a new thread if you have any more tragedies arise.
Fare thee well!

ModeratorHey Robert,
Thank you so much for the informative response! Please go ahead and send over your System Information as a private reply. For the time being, we don’t have a fix other than reverting to previous versions, but rest assured it’s on the books to be released in an upcoming maintenance release.
Thanks for hanging tight and we’ll keep you updated with the status via our blog and the changelog when you see an update available in your wp-admin. Take care and have a good week!

ModeratorHello and welcome back 🙂
That does indeed help! Thank you for the response. Would you mind checking to see if the fieldsets that need editing are saved under Events > Ticket Fieldsets? Again, thanks for getting back to me and have a wonderful Monday!

ModeratorHey Adam,
Sorry to hear about the navigation issues that have recently come up. The first step here is to check for an existing theme and/or plugin conflict by reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide.
Let me know how that goes and please include your System Information as a private reply.
Thank you for reaching out and have a good weekend.

ModeratorHey Gene,
Thank you for the post and welcome back 🙂
We’ve got a plugin which can be downloaded here that does exactly what you’re looking for! I just tested it myself and by using the default shortcode [list_venues] I was able to get an alphabetical list of my venues as expected.
Try it out and let me know if you still have troubles. thanks again and have a great weekend.
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorHey Robin,
If you wouldn’t mind, send a link to the page showing the display issues and I’d be happy to take a look. Also, this YouTube Video shows how you can easily identify and make changes to CSS through your web browser. Changes should be saved to your theme’s style.css</file> or if the theme authors have included a place to put custom code in a theme options section, try there too.
Thank you for reaching out and enjoy your weekend.
Cheers!Hunter
ModeratorHey Michael,
Thank you for being thorough in your initial post. It is much appreciated 🙂
It appears you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict which are typically outside the scope of support we’re able to provide. Can you review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down exactly where the source of conflict is? Reason I ask is because I inspected your sites source code and it appears you’re using a caching plugin which could be a contributing factor, but it may also be related to the theme, so this will help distinguish where it’s coming from. Also, send over your System Information as a private reply too.
This is a great resource on when/where caching is useful when using our plugin. Reply back with your findings and I’ll do my best to help out. Have a great weekend and thanks for reaching out.
Cheers!
