License key keeps disappearing

I purchased pro and was refunded before. Now I purchased again and the license key field refuses to take my new license key.

The fields shows the old key with the message “There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is expired….”. Every time I enter my new license key and click “save changes” and I get the message “Valid Key!”. Click “refresh” and the license key is gone. I have tried a few times, and have also upgreaded to the new version of Pro but the problem persisits.

I saw other users have the same issue but can’t find the solution.

Hey Samuel,

Sorry to hear about the license key troubles. Can you send over what license you’re inputting that is giving you the error as a private reply? Also, does the issue still occur while following our Testing for conflicts guide?
