I have had the Hosting Company help me but they couldn’t. I was advised to seek help from the Plugin company itself.
I accidentally uploaded two copies of the same plugin. The second plugin obviously name itself […-2.zip] so I had to go in and deactivate then later delete, however, I could only see one instance of the plugin. I looked in the File Manager, same thing, only one copy.
Now, when I tried to add an event ticket, somehow, it pulls in two instances of it in one page. Please see below for an illustration of what is happening. I’d appreciate any kind of response.
