ModeratorHenry,
Welcome back. I would love to continue assisting, but if I could please redirect your attention to my first response as it contains helpful advice on how to make these changes yourself. CSS is one of the most basic tasks and I strongly encourage you to take a little time until you understand the process.

ModeratorHuiwen,
We actually discussed your suggestion today during our weekly team meeting! We truly appreciate you taking the time to submit the suggestion and hopefully we can get it built out and released soon! I’ll close this thread out but feel free to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas any time you have a new suggestion. Have a great rest of your week π
Cheers!

ModeratorLisa,
Thanks for the update. Go ahead and create another new thread and we’d be happy to help troubleshoot the new issue. Our process asks you open new threads for issues differing from your original post. Thanks for understanding and I’ll keep my eye on the queue. Take care!

ModeratorGreat! I’ll close this thread out but please open a new one if you have any more questions or concerns. Cheers!

ModeratorEnzo,
Thank you for chiming in. Would you mind creating a separate thread for your issue? Doing so will help expedite the troubleshooting process for both you and Bryan.
Thanks and I’ll keep an eye on the incoming queue. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
Welcome back π
I did a quick test to see if I could reproduce your issue but was unable to do so. I also checked our logged bug reports for anything resembling what you’ve described, but came up empty-handed.
Can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? If you’ve already done this, try setting up a test environment using only our plugins and the default WP theme to see if you’re able to replicate the issue.
Thanks for reaching out and have a good rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHi John,
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we are not able to answer these types of questions in the Pre-Sales channel. While I have you here, I imagine it is not possible to run both events plugins, though it’s not a request we would be able to support. For more information on what we are able to cover, please visit our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
I hope this helps and best of luck with your project. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Donald,
Thank you for reaching out and welcome to our Pre-Sales Question channel! It is not possible for organizers to edit events other than their own. They can add events so long as you allow it. There is a setting which lets you decide if anonymous users are able to add events. (see screenshot below)

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks again and have a great week. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Diane,
Thank you for posting. At this time, we do not offer substitutions for products when purchasing a Bundle :-/
Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you and thanks again. Have a wonderful rest of your week!

ModeratorWelcome back,
I’m glad to hear you’ve narrowed down the source of conflict. I completely understand your reasoning in wanting the ability to duplicate events, so the best route is to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit it as a request. For the mean time, try out the Duplicate Post plugin as I’ve had good success with it.
Best of luck and thanks for the update. Have a great week ahead!

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for sending that URL over. I finally located a few bug reports resembling the issues you’re experiencing, so I’ve linked this thread to the reports for the developers to review while making improvements. There is recent activity on the bug report regarding duplicate events, but I cannot give you a concrete date on when it will be available.
We also ask you not open new threads about the same topic in the future. As AndrΓ‘s mentioned:
I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.
Thank you for understanding and please feel free to open a new thread if you have any issues other than the incorrect times and duplicate events. Have a great rest of your week and please keep an eye on your WordPress admin dashboard and our Release Notes for more info. Cheers!

ModeratorHey James,
Seeing Avada has made customizations to files typically manageable by overwrites, it would be best if you reach out to the Avada authors for assistance on this. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance here and thanks for understanding. Best of luck and if you come up with a resolution, please feel free to share so others can take advantage of that if they so choose.
Have a great Halloween. Cheers!
