ParticipantHi there,
New pro member. I have multiple upcoming events and want to filter the Events List widget to show an event that is occurring at a later date. I have set everything up to have filters and tags, but when I go to “Add a filter > Select a Taxonomy term > Save” the widget does not save the filter or tag choice and defaults to next scheduled event.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ModeratorHey Bryan,
Thanks for sending over this info. I attempted to recreate the behavior and can confirm there is a bug. I’ve logged a bug report for the developers to review and we’ll get this addressed in an upcoming maintenance release. I can’t give you a concrete date, but the Events List widget is a popular feature, so I imagine a lot of users will be impacted.
For future reference, we typically ask that you review our Testing for conflicts guide to ensure a theme and/or plugin conflict is not in play prior to creating threads as it saves a necessary step and cuts down on the time to resolve most issues.
Thanks again and keep your eye on your WordPress admin dashboard and our Release Notes for maintenance release info. Have a great upcoming week!

ParticipantThank you. I can imagine a lot of users will be impacted as this is a really important feature for me and one of the main reasons why I upgraded to pro. If this is something that can be expedited it would be greatly appreciated.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
