    Hey Cliff,

I don’t have specific commits on hand, but if you search through The Events Calendar’s pull requests on GitHub, you’re likely to find the relevant changes: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/pulls

    I hope this helps!

I’m really sorry to hear about this, Joseph! This isn’t a problem I can recreate, nor have we received other reports of this problem.

With that in mind, I’m wondering if there’s a theme or plugin conflict causing this weird behavior.

I’d recommend doing the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, to try recreate your issues and see if anything improves along the way.

Let us know what you find!

    Thanks,
    George

    Thanks for reaching out, Greg!

You’re right on both fronts here: you can display events by category with either the tribe_events shortcode or our list widgets.

You can learn more about both things here:
    • https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-list-widget/

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hey Sean,

Thanks for the update here. It is definitely recommended that when administering the creation or editing of Tickets, you primarily do so through the “Tickets” metabox on the Edit Event screen. This is the best method.

I’m glad that the issues are cleared up for now! I will close this thread but please don’t hesitate to open a new thread any time if other issues or questions arise — if those issues or questions are related to this original thread, share a link back to this thread for context so we can pick up where we left off. 😀

    Cheers!

Thanks Monty! Looks good so far. In addition to these files, can you please post your site’s complete system information to this thread? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

That will help us a lot.

    Thanks!

    Hey Johanne,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I am very sorry to hear about these issues!

We don’t have reports of order numbers being mismatched at this time, so there may be an issue happening specifically on your site.

To help us get started here, I am wondering if you can share screenshots of the various “numbers” you are referring to just to make things clear and to help me be certain I am helping you!

    For example, you say this:

What is very annoying is that your order numbers don’t match Woocommerce numbers.

☝️ 1. Can you please share a screenshot of one of our order numbers, and then a screenshot of the WooCommerce number it does not match with?

When people cancel or refund, numbers do not change leaving you with three different numbers.

☝️ 2. Can you share a separate screenshot for each of the three different numbers you are referring to here?

I realize that I am asking for five separate screenshots here (2 for question #1 above, 3 for question #2 above), and that is a lot — I apologize to ask this of you. However, it will help clarify your specific problems so that I can deliver more effective assistance here.

You can share screenshots by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

    Thank you so much!

    Hey Monty,

    Sorry to hear about this!

You posted about this conflict over in this other thread here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/pro-breaks-visual-composer-2/

To keep things organized, I will close this thread so that we can focus our conversation in one place. I will continue the conversation in the thread linked above, so check out that thread for my response and to post your responses.

    Cheers!

Next, can you upload a copy of your version of Visual Composer, and any child themes you may be using, to a place like Dropbox.com or http://ge.tt and then share the download links here so that we can download those files and test out the conflict ourselves?

    Thanks!

    Hey Diane,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about these issues. When it comes to the presence or absence of functioning cron jobs on your site, this is unfortunately something that is outside the scope of the support we can provide here.

As outlined in our support terms, we only provide support for our plugins specifically, plugin features, etc. — the presence or absence of functioning cron jobs is a deeper problem with your WordPress installation itself and, as your hosting company’s response seems to imply, something with the system configuration of your .dev site itself, too.

The best step I could recommend here would be to follow up with your hosting provider’s support team directly. They say the .dev domain does not resolve anywhere — I would recommend asking them how to make a development site that does resolve somewhere, so that you can have a fully-functioning WordPress installation with functioning cron jobs.

Please let me know your thoughts and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Sincerely,
    George

    Thanks for reaching out, @Romy!

Our plugins unfortunately have no integrations with CoSchedule at this time. 🙁

I am sorry to disappoint! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Sincerely,
