We are currently a Calendar PRO user and according to my IT team we do not have a login. We are currently on 4.0.2 and unable to update our version. We have tried and got an error message that the update package in unavailable.
So, I tried to make sure that our license is in order and that is when I found that I could login in and my IT people tell me we do not have one. – Please advise and Help.
Also, we would like the dates to be formatted differently in the submit an event. When completed by the user the submission have the date requested to be added to the calendar instead of the event date when received for approval.
And… the Event Calendar page on our site seems to automatically default to the “day” view instead the “month” view. How can I change that?
