    Hello! I am having a HUGE problem. When I ran a test purchasing tickets everything went ok until I got to the check out. It took me to Paypal and I DIDN’T place the order yet I was notified that the tickets were purchased AND the tickets were sent to my test email. Basically, customers are able to go through the process and get free tickets if they just close the paypal window.

    I’m really sorry to hear about this, Joseph! This isn’t a problem I can recreate, nor have we received other reports of this problem.

    With that in mind, I’m wondering if there’s a theme or plugin conflict causing this weird behavior.

    I’d recommend doing the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, to try recreate your issues and see if anything improves along the way.
