ParticipantI’m sorry to hear this, @Kenneth!
To get started with investigating this, can you share your “System Information” with us? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Paula,
Thanks for reaching out!
We only sell plugins here, so to be clear, none of our products will create the specific design and layout of HikeItBaby. That’s a matter of custom theme development, not plugins.
What our plugins do provide, however, is the ability to list events and sell tickets for them, etc.
The minimum amount of plugins to sell tickets to events on your site is as follows:
• WooCommerce [free]
• Event Tickets [free]
• The Events Calendar [free]
• Event Tickets Plus [$89/year and up]The product/info pages for each plugin is linked above, so definitely check out all of the plugins and get to know them to see if they’re right for your project. And let me know if you have any further questions I can help with!
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Fergus,
I’m really sorry to hear about those issues.
We just shipped a quick follow-up update to 4.1: 4.1.0.1.
If you refresh your wp-admin dashboards and such, within the hour there should be an update prompt to go to 4.1.0.1
If you upgrade to this version, does anything improve with the behavior of that “all events” link? Or do the same issues happen again?
If the same issues arise after updating, then can you post your system information here to help us investigate this more closely? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Would you then also be able to clarify what your site’s Permalinks settings are? These are literally located at Settings → Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin. Are your permalinks set to /%postname%/, for example?
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge

@Joel—can you post your issues in a separate thread on these forums? We can better help both you and Gary by tending to your individual threads with focus on your unique site environments. When making this new thread, can you also include your “system information”? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Frank,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our “Additional Info” features are unfortunately not tied to any sort of separate stock management like you describe here—for now. This is an excellent idea and piece of feedback, though, and seems like the type of thing that could make it into our plugins in the coming months and beyond.
For now there is no such functionality—I’m sorry about this!
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Alpay,
Sorry to hear about this!
Can you, indeed, reactivate Events Calendar Pro temporarily on your site so that we can investigate the conflict more closely?
Once you’ve done so, can you share a link to a specific page on your site where the conflict is happening?
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks for reaching out, Ruey! I’ll respond to each of your questions as follows:
1. Is the paid version comes with this filter bar ? https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
NO — The Filter Bar plugin is sold separately. However, you do not need Events Calendar Pro to use Filter Bar. Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar are totally separate from each other.
2. can i filter by country ?
NO — You can filter by location in a general sense, like searching for a specific city or something. But there’s currently no support for filtering by as large a category as a “country”. I’m sorry to disappoint!
3. can i’ve a color tag on each events in month view display>
SORT OF — You can achieve this with custom coding, but it is not a default possibility. There is a third-party plugin—in other words, we do not make it—that allows basic color-coding of categories. This might be useful for your needs. Check out that plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/
I hope this helps! Sorry for the delayed response!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to see this, @Thomas!
I cannot recreate this issue on my own site, so to help investigate this, can you share two pieces of information with us?
1. Share your site’s system information, which you can learn how to do in this article → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
2. Can you clarify your site’s Permalinks settings? These are the settings that are literally in just Settings → Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin. Are they /%postname%/, for example?
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Michael,
Thanks for reaching out. You would create the custom version of the file at this location inside your child theme:
[your-child-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php
I hope this helps! If not, can you elaborate on the specific things I might be able to help clarify here? I’ll respond to those details.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey @Bart,
Thanks for reaching out!
Changing the slug in settings should resolve the issues here. I’m sorry to hear that, so far, they haven’t.
To help investigate what might be going on, can you share your “System Information” with us? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Can you also clarify two additional specific pieces of information? They’re as follows:
1. What are your site’s Permalinks settings? These are literally the settings in Settings → Permalinks in your site’s wp-admin.
2. On this Settings → Permalinks page in your wp-admin, if you do nothing but click “Save Changes” (without actually making any changes), does anything improve with your events slug issues? This step might seem odd, but saving those settings is a way to “flush” the permalinks which might help here.
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Prakash,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our plugins unfortunately do not have these features. 🙁 Sorry to disappoint!
Let me know if there’s anything else I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Nils,
I’m sorry to hear about this! We would love to help out, but one thing to note is that these forums are our “pre-sales questions” forums. If you have a premium license from this site, log into your account here on http://theeventscalendar.com and post your question in a premium forum—we’ll help troubleshoot from there!
Thank you,

ParticipantHey Amy,
I’m sorry to hear about these changes! A combination of our plugin’s own CSS changes and some CSS on your theme could be causing these notable changes in display—I’ll take a look and try to recommend a fix for this!
To help with that, can you do the two following things?
1. Share a link to a page on your site with the oddly-displaying Event List Widget.
2. Share your system information with us—here’s how to do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThis thread exists here → https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-list-widget-10/
I’ll close this thread for now and continue the conversation on the thread linked above.
