Have searched other support threads – didn’t find this issue – need it resolved.
Every time we go to add an event, we’re encountering an error message: “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.” which ultimately becomes a 500 Internal Server Error page.
We contacted our host – HostPapa.ca – and they recommended we optimize our website and compress database. All of this work has been done.
Still encountering the Connection Lost issue. We are running WordPress 4.1 and all plugins are up-to-date. We’re using Tribe’s default CSS and default page.
What should be doing to try and fix this? Did not have this issue previously and we’re been running the Events plugin for 2 years.
