ParticipantHi,
I do not have the PRO version of the plugin but could not see any forum to post for issue with The Events Calendar. I’m using the calendar with the ticketing PRO addon. Since upgrading I have noticed that the calendar will not allow you to view future months (the timer just hangs and fails to load called page). I also cannot manually select the month I want from a list but the feature to list all events does seem to work.
Naturally this is causing problems as customers are unable to buy tickets for any events other than current month events.
I have tried to clear my cache (I use a caching plugin) but does not seem to have made any difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks

ParticipantI’m also noticing this same issue, as pointed out by a customer of mine just today.
Performed update to the events calendar yesterday (3/16).
Same issue in firefox, chrome, I.E., and my android browser.
But… I notice if I am logged into the WP site as an administrator, and view the calendar in month mode, the previous and next months DO work. In ANY of the same browsers.

ParticipantHey Folks,
I’m really sorry to hear about these issues!
We just shipped a quick follow-up update to 4.1: 4.1.0.1.
If you refresh your wp-admin dashboards and such, within the hour there should be an update prompt to go to 4.1.0.1
If you upgrade to this version, does anything improve with your issues?
Let us know!
@Joel—can you post your issues in a separate thread on these forums? We can better help both you and Gary by tending to your individual threads with focus on your unique site environments. When making this new thread, can you also include your “system information”? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantHi there,
Yeah I’m having the same problem. I just pushed the latest update thru, and I don’t see any changes. I just bought and installed the plugin a few days ago. So maybe I’m just not finding the “enable next/previous buttons” option? But I actually don’t see any next or previous month. So no spinning wheel or whatever, they just don’t appear.
The plugin is otherwise very well done. Looking forward to using it on the new site.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Christopher,
I’m sorry to hear that you, too, are having issues here after updating!
You describe your issues as follows:
But I actually don’t see any next or previous month. So no spinning wheel or whatever, they just don’t appear.
Do you mean that you don’t see any previous- or next-month buttons to begin with? If so, then can you open a new thread about this issue? And in doing so, can you post your “system information” with that new thread? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!
