ParticipantHey Linda,
Those are the most recent versions of those two plugins. Sorry to request more information here, but would you mind posting your complete system information at this time? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
You shared this when you opened the thread to begin with, but here now almost a full month later some of those details may be different and it’s worth looking at that information.
Thanks so much for your continued patience.
Sincerely,
GeorgeAugust 29, 2016 at 8:43 am in reply to: We were unable to sync your event to Eventbrite. Here's what happened: #1157090George
ParticipantThanks for posting, Nico—let us know if issues persist, Jessie!
George
ParticipantSure thing—thank you Nico!
Brandon—do keep us posted and let us know what you find in response to the steps I described above 😀
Cheers,

ParticipantNo worries Alice! Glad to hear about some progress here. I’m sorry I couldn’t arrive at a solution even earlier….
Thanks a lot for your patience. While I will close this thread, please open a new one any time if other issues arise.

ParticipantThanks Bark,
I have made a slight modification to a template within the theme. This modification should limit the “related posts” items to only items of the “post” or “page” post type — not events.
You can download the modified theme here → https://cloudup.com/cfwPBjy-nki
I hope this helps!

ParticipantSounds like a good plan for now, Laurent!
As for a specific date upon which full WPML support will arrive…we unfortunately do not have a a specific date yet. 🙁
It is not something that will arrive for at least a few more months, most likely.
Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for confirming this! I requested screenshots so that I could try to write some custom code for you to target the icons; unfortunately, I cannot do it via screenshots alone like I thought, because the code required needs to match your specific site.
With this in mind, then, can you share a link to the Admissions page and to the New page? I will write custom CSS for you that only hides the icons on the Admissions page.
Be sure to check the “Private reply” checkbox before submitting your reply on this thread if you want to keep the site URLs private (they will be visible to only you and to us on the support team).
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Kirby,
Thanks for reaching out!
We could definitely provide a discounted bundle since you’ve already purchased the iCal Importer.
It’s something we cannot do here over the forums, though, so can you send an email to support at theeventscalendar.com with a link back to this thread so that we can help you out?
Please include a link to this forum thread for reference to this conversation.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out.
We have no specific integrations with that theme, but as long as the theme follows WordPress Coding Standards there should not be issues.
If there are issues with the theme, then what you should do is temporarily deactivate the theme and then activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen.
If a certain issue only happens when that theme is activated, and NOT when a theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen is activated, then the theme you linked to is the source of the problem and you could file a support request with the theme author.
I hope this information helps!
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Laurent,
Thanks for reaching out.
It is indeed a bit of a bummer that our ticketing plugins do not support WPML yet at this time.
We are working on that support. But for now, as for your question, it essentially does not work at all. You may not have many problems if you don’t try to display the tickets in multiple languages. In other words, you ask: “will it show the same ticket in the original language for all translation”? Possibly, yes—this is the best case scenario.
But since we do not officially support WPML for Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, we wouldn’t be able to help troubleshoot issues if you tried to have the tickets work with WPML but then it failed. 🙁
So you may have some success, but that could change over time as we update our plugins and it isn’t something we could assist with until we come out with full WPML support.
I hope this addresses your questions! Let me know, and let me know if there’s anything else I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
George -
