Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
Alright, let’s go with your suggestion and I’m super happy this seemed like an isolated incident.
Let us know if anything else comes up.

MemberGood evening Alex,
Thank you for writing back.
This is indeed very strange. It only reinforces my suspicion that something might be up on that local install.
I will relay this to our Dev team to see if they have any idea of where this might be coming from.In the meantime, is there a possibility for you to try this out on an actual web server so that you can test it for yourself ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Glenn and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about about the issues you are experiencing with the language switcher in single events.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is to make sure you walk through the following guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
As you will see, translation management and string translation are necessary for complete control 🙂
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Greg,
To answer your question, yes this should resolve the language-specific category URLs issue.
In fact, it should also solve other language-specific URL slug issues. As per the other issue, I will need to get confirmation for you.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The good news is that you are almost there.
You simply need to download and install the Event Tickets Plus plugin. Here’s a breakdown of how to do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Let me know if that helps.

MemberGood evening Peter,
We are still working on a snippet for you.
Thank you for your patience. As an alternative, have you considered simply marking the events as private OR using a plugin such as Members ? ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/ )
I’ll get back to you shortly with the snippet.
Thank you for your patience!

August 31, 2016 at 10:33 pm in reply to: How to reset the summary inside the Attendee List? #1158578Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Gergana,
I was finally able to run this by our Dev team.
My colleague Brook did an exceptional job on this.It turns out that we are storing this in the database, but it is part of the ticket post, not the event post.
If you click edit in woo on each ticket available for the event, you will get the ticket’s post ID in the URL.
If you query the wp_postmeta table for that ID, you will see something like this:
Set that Value to 0 for each ticket, and you should be resetting the sold count.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Brian,
Thank you for your understanding.
An alternate solution is to simply download the latest version from our language repository: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects
You might have to tweak the file names so that they match, but I tested it and it works.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
