    Hello again Chuck,

The first thing I would like to check with you (in order to help you with this issue) is if you have read the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/

As the article reveals, you need to ensure that the order status is set to “Complete” for the ticket to be sent out.
It is even possible to change the status to “Complete” automatically if you are interested in that.

If that still does not work, my next step would be to consider installing, configuring and testing something such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good afternoon Chuck and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

You are absolutely right. It looks like there is unnecessary white space on single event pages.

To fix this, please add the following CSS rule to your theme’s Custom CSS box (you might have to tweak it for mobile and tablet too):

    .single-tribe_events #tribe-events-content {
    padding: 40px 0 80px;
    }

You can also play with the 40px value to reduce the white space even more.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

With that in hand, I will be able to troubleshoot this with you.

    Good evening Benjamin,

Simply drop the following unzipped folder in your Kleo Child theme folder on your server and you should have the desired result. tribe-events

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Krystle,

Thank you for writing back and for the files.

The good news is that I was able to successfully able to have tickets work with your theme.
    So the issue lies elsewhere.

The first thing I am noticing is that you have a couple of warning in the Google Chrome Developer Tools Console.
You might want to check that out to make sure all can work well.

Secondly, could you please send me a screenshot of the Ticket section of this event https://californiacoffeeandteatrails.com/event/san-gabriel-valley-trails-california-hiking-coffee-tea/ , including the details of each ticket + Attendee information section.

Hang in there as we try to figure this one out.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Melinda,

    Thank you for the files.

I tried a couple of things and the issue lies in the single-event.php files and the meta.php files found int the /tribe-events/ folder in your theme .

Short term, your simplest solution (which changes the look, but works) is to rename the /tribe-events/ folder in your theme to /z_tribe-events/.

That way your tickets will display and you will bypass the registration form integrated by your theme.

Your other solution would be to do a file compare of each file in that customization against the default views and tweak them.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Daragh and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing on your calendar.
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Secondly, I went on your website and I am not sure what your issue is.
I tried navigating to the next month (November) and the previous month (September), without any issue.

Could you perhaps send me a screenshot of what the issue is on your end ?

As a side note, it seems like you have a Javascript warning on your page “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.”. You might want to look into that.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Jeff,

That is awesome. Kudos to the Jupiter theme and yourself for figuring this out.

I am also super stoked that you are sharing the solution for everybody’s benefit.

Is there anything else I can help you with ?

    Best regards,

    Good evening Stephane,

    Thank you for writing back.

To implement the snippet above, you need to add it to your theme’s functions.php (just make sure you do not paste the opening <?php tag.

If you are uncomfortable with this, could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates you might have made.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Dwayne,

That should not matter. You can disconnect licenses at any time.
It will not break anything. It will only make updates inactive on the disconnect site (which does not matter in this case).

Can you tell me what happens if you try releasing the key ?

    Best regards,

    Hi again George,

Thank you for the files. Are you sure this is all of it ?
It looks like there might be a child theme or that this is a child theme.

In any case, I do not see any the Events Calendar related customizations in these files.

Thank you for the invitation to login. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.

That being said, I did go ahead and extend your license a tad.

The good news is that what I told you about WooTickets is also true for the Events Calendar products. Even after their expiry, they continue to work. The only thing is that you won’t be able to update them and that you should not update any other plugin from the the Events Calendar family.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
