I’m having an issue where my website does not email out the final tickets. It sends the initial purchase email with the notation that the tickets will be sent in a separate email, but the tickets never are sent out.
As the article reveals, you need to ensure that the order status is set to “Complete” for the ticket to be sent out.
It is even possible to change the status to “Complete” automatically if you are interested in that.
